From the ticket counter to the FRESH POPPED POPCORN to the theaters all are great! Read some of these reviews after I first posted this and I am revising it. First the complaints about the cost. The theaters pay for the films before they get them and they VERY expensive! I owned a great video store (back in the day) some of our movies cost us well over $100.00 before we even one was rented. Cost to get in the theater is reasonable. If you complained about the cost of refreshments eat before you go, problem solved. You are offered free popcorn and soda refills. program, There is NO COST for the rewards. Lowes charges $30./yr last time got mine that has probably increased. People who have never owned or run a business have no clue as to the other costs involved. People it takes $$$$s. You go over that budget YOU go out of business.

Its an okay theater, but its screaming for some updates or a renovation. Were almost in 2015 and this place still doesnt have automated ticket machines (the one outside never works). That wouldnt be such a bad thing if they ever opened the second ticket booth. Far too often the line will be out the door yet only one booth will be open. Additionally, I take issue with paying the exorbitant prices and getting the smallest theater with the smallest screen. Of course, given that half of the screens show tears and black scuff marks youre struggling to see the movies clearly anyway.

My family loves going to this movie theater. We drive 15 miles to avoid going to white marsh. The theater is always clean and the food is good. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I gave 4 stars because the past few time we have gone people think texting and playing on their phones is acceptable. They need to change their policy from silence your phones to no cell phone use....Times have changed and its time to update. I dont know why people pay all that money to watch a movie but spend the whole time on the phone.

The Regal will always have memories for me, its a go to moving theater if you dont want to go down to Whitemarsh. However the concessions is to expensive, the employees are not friendly and theres always groups of kids standing out front. They do have a new candy machine in the hallway, however its not restocked so you have limited choices, never have lids so you dont spill your candy and its five dollars for only two types to add to the cup which is stupid. I think Ill stick with the hike to Whitemarsh.

I took my 3 year old here for her first movie. Unfortunately, she had a huge, horrible bathroom accident. I was so stressed out and didnt know what to do! The assistant manager stepped in and helped with my other kids, got them drinks, popcorn, helped them to seats. We were able salvage the experience, thanks to their help. On top of all this, as we left, they offered us movie passes for our next visit. Wow, such great customer service!

A+ customer service! A power blip caused a ~5 min delay in the movies, but the excellent staff A) accurately and promptly informed the audience what was happening, B) fixed the issue quickly and efficiently, and C) comped every audience member for the inconvenience. The seating might be a little old at this regal, but my mind was blown by such excellent customer service. Two thumbs up!

I like how the usher is quick and informative, popcorn is freshly popped, and cashier is fast. However the screens inside to be a little small and the population for a bigger crowd of movie goers would be small seat-wise, this theater is amazing if you go in a small 2-3 crowd or by yourself. More than 3, might be a problem for seating.

Its a good theater. Its pretty clean, the staff has always been courteous and weve never had any issues there. Anything extraordinary? Nope, nothing we noticed. The concessions are clean and popcorn is always fresh, but pretty darn expensive, as one would expect. We will continue to use this theater as our primary one.

Its a pretty nice theater. Its actually pretty clean in there considering how very few people seem to know how to take their trash with them down the stairs and throw it in the three or four garbage cans that are always there at the end of the movie. The bathrooms are usually pretty clean too. Id recommend the place.

Its a good theater and very clean. There isnt anything exceptional about it. They have a a mix of large and small screens. If youre seeing an action movie or something in 3D ID check which screen it is on first so you can see it on the larger screen which is better.

This theater is efficient in their operations. I like that I can arrive about 20 minutes prior to show start and get my ticket and concessions without being late for opening trailers. The staff is friendly and not robotic. The regal rewards are excellent as well.

Ive come to like Regal more than AMC - their service is always helpful, theres plenty of space in the theaters, the rewards program is solid (and free), and the picture and audio quality is great. Definitely recommended if youre looking to see the latest releases.

Nice theater with a fairly large concession area. I went during the day so it wasnt crowded at all. Bought my ticket on Fandango and didnt have to stand in line to get my ticket cause they just scanned the barcode on my phone. Had a very good afternoon there.

They keep the theaters pretty clean compared to most. They usually have most popular releases for a good amount of time. Prices are consistent with their competitors. Could use more automated ticket machines, as well as an update on the one outside.

Decent theatre, it gets the job done. Could use a remodel. The chairs are wayyyy old and some are broken. Audio is ok as well. This place could really use an Imax. If not that at least upgrade their projection technology and screens.

Desperate need of a makeover and dont go here after 7 on Friday and Saturday. They allow kids in R Rated movies and it completely ruins the experience since most talk during the movie and play on their phone most of the movie.

Very nice theater, good food/snack bar/vending machines, etc... often have deals with tickets to get digital download of certain movies in a series, far enough out that the crowds are usually not packed full of crazy people.

Always a great experience. The theatre is always clean and well maintained. The lines for concessions are always short and fast. Everything you want out of a local theatre. Pretty good rewards program on top of it all.

It needs to be renovated, but its always clean. The bathrooms are well kept. The prices are actually really decent too. Its close so I usually go here for movies that are less intense graphically like a comedy flick.

Not bad but the theater is certainly dated. The seat space is also a bit small. Im 62" and fit reasonably comfortable in other theater seats. However, the leg room here was a lot less than I would have liked.

Wouldnt change anything about it. People friendly and helpful. No lines too long because theyre fast. Popcorn always fresh un like other places. You know your going to have a good experience avery Time.
