Other than the movie I watched, Star Wars Rogue one, being probably the worst Star Wars movie so far. Regal Cinema here in The Greenbrier area is not worth the money that my family and I spent to watch Star Wars. First of all, the staff wasnt that great. They seemed like they really didnt know what they were doing. I asked if they had any discounts like military and senior citizens Discount. They said they do not do that anymore. This is a little bit ridiculous since they are about double the price of any other Cinemas in the local area. Im not saying that military and senior citizens are entitled to a discount. But it is a bit of disappointment to know that they no longer do that. Maybe the cinema is failing. And they need some compensation for their losses. I think the biggest disappointment was the theater itself. The seating was extremely uncomfortable. I had to get up approximately 4 times during the movie just to get my blood flowing and feel relieved from the severely comfortably maid seating. The theater was broken up into two levels. The back level was higher than the lower front level. There was this big giant wall dividing the two. So, if you were sitting in the higher back level of seating, you had this big Square in the middle of the screen blocking the view of the movie. This is very annoying. I normally dont write post, but for the money, I just expected a little bit more. Maybe some reclining seats or at least something comfortable. Maybe, a wall that was not blocking my view of the movie. Other than that, I would probably set this theater at a two or two and a half Stars. Cons... Very uncomfortable sitting, poor layout of theater, very loud sound, depressing staff, overpriced movie tickets compared to competitors,

Has gone waaaayyyy downhill. Took the wife there Sat nite.... previews were blurry and static filled. Good thing no one in the audience was an epileptic! Got so bad I walked out of the theater and asked an attendant to get someone to check on it... his response: "Yo man, da movie dont even start till 6:30... you just gonna hafta wait" I guess I disturbed him while he was talking to 3 young ladies....must have been more important. I explained that I was referring to the poor quality of the ads/preview that were currently on the screen. His answer... "Dun told you once, nuttin we can do about it, dog". Asked him to get a manager to look at it... "Whatever, man" Walking back to the theater I ran across another employee... asked him for the same help. Got the same answer... "The movie dont start for 10 more minutes" Never did see a manager or any improvement in the screen quality until the actual movie started. Poor customer service, expensive concessions, sticky bathroom floors and poor quality screenings..... remind me again why I would ever spend another dime there?

Ive been to this theater twice and the customer service is poor. Last week I went to see San Andreas and the clerk rang me up for the wrong movie. I didnt know until the wrong movie started and I walked out to look at my ticket stub. It said Spy movie. I approached the young lady and asked her how I ended up with the wrong movie. She stated that I asked for the Spy movie when I know I did not. She was so rude when she spoke to me. Luckily, I got my money back but then it was too late to see the movie I wanted. I returned the following week to watch Jurassic World and decided to buy some snacks to take with me into the movie. The girl rang me up so quickly before I can give her my rewards card. I told her I had my rewards card and wanted to use it. She said "Its too late!". Unbelievable how rude these employees are at this theater. I will be calling management to let them know they need to improve their customer service at their location because I shouldnt have to drive miles away to another theater to get better service.

It started off a 1 after my husband and then I went up to the managers office 3 times to inform them there was no picture on the screen. The story I got was that there was a satellite issue and the picture would come up as soon as the main feature began. I explained that it was unacceptable to have people sitting for 20 minutes while the sounds of previews were playing. The manager seemed not to care. I went back to my seat and the picture finally came up. A few minutes into the viewing another manager arrived and handed out vouchers for a free movie in the future. I thought that was a good way to acknowledge the issue and keep us as future customers. Good recovery after a poor response. Movie day saved

A nice, pleasant, clean place with good service. Ive been going here since I was a kid and Ive never had any complaints. In all these years Ive only ever had one issue, and they handled it well - one time they gave me a ticket for the wrong movie, and when I told them they refunded my money, gave me a voucher for the movie I originally came to see, and let me finish watching the movie they had mistakenly directed me to, which I ended up enjoying more than the movie I had been trying to get into.

The little theater that could! Not the most modern facility, some of the auditoriums smell weird, and the viewing angle in the non-stadium auditoriums is a bit too high, but at least no ones head is in the way. In spite of that, pictures good, sounds good, concessions are good. I actually love going to this theater, largely because its so quaint and its so close to home. Just wish theyd modernize it a bit. EDIT: Looks like they listened! The auditoriums have been smelling better. Thanks!

Theater is clean. As most others have said this theater is pricey. It doesnt matter what time you go. There are to many movie theater that offer great prices before 6p. Concession is ridiculous. We usually eat before we go. If you have the rewards app you can get free popcorn and some discounts sometimes. We only pick this theater if we are doing other things in the greenbrier area.

This theater is a "Gun Free" theater. It is posted "no open carry or concealed weapons". There is noone here to keep your families safe. I, alone with many more, will no longer support this theater until they change that. Its time to stand/wake up. No place is safe anymore, its time to protect your own. If I am not "aloud" to protect my family, than Im not supporting those businesses.

Love this theater. Always clean with friendly staff. They continue to try new things with their concession menu. Last time I went, I got a burger and onion rings as well as my popcorn. Pretty decent for movie theater food. My only problem is that sometimes they have problems with their projectionist so occasionally the movies have issues that take a couple minutes to fix.

Just calling it how it is: five stars to the staff, however the facilities completely suck. Extremely outdated facilities make this theater a last choice. It is such a shame that being in the prime location that owners are not investing in plant property and equipment to bring this place up to competitive status. Ill rather take the drive out to eddington.
