I saw Bob Dylan here recently. The place is beautiful and the seating is amazing. Not a bad seat in the house I am sure! However, I got to see a legend and have VERY little to remember it by. They are VERY strict with pictures and phones. Even if you have your phone out texting or tweeting they will kick you out. I saw them kick out children for their phones. HEARTLESS. They would hover constantly making me VERY uncomfortable. I even had a flashlight shined in my face TWICE during the concert! They really make me uncomfortable and ruined my night with a musical and song writing legend. I was outraged. I just wanted one picture to remember my night with Bob Dylan but NOPE. They will breath down your neck and care at all about your comfort. Just know that when you go to a concert here, you better have a good memory because you sure as hell will not get to relive it.

Havent even been yet, but it took 2 different people to convince me to go to a show here. Not only do they charge the standard "convenience fee", but they add in a "Historic" fee, THEN ask you for a donation! How many times are you going to try to dip into my pocket?! This will likely be the only show I ever attend. Double and Triple dipping into the Fee bucket is just too much. I fear what Ill be hit up for when I get there... At least Im looking forward to the show. Thats the only upside to this. I will also be contacting the show Im going to see and try to convince them not to go back to this venue for its shameless fee structure.

We took our 3 year old granddaughter to see Shrek. Ended up leaving after the first act. It was so cold in the theater, we were all miserable because of it. As we were leaving, we ran into another person leaving. He made the comment that it was warmer outside than it was inside. Not only was it cold, there was a "breeze" blowing on us the whole time. Certainly wasnt a pleasant experience. Also, a bucket of pop corn was $10!! Not even the movie theaters charge that much. A soda was $3.00 and this was for a 10 ounce cup. We will think twice before going back!

The venue is fine my issue is with all the ridiculous extra charges on tickets. I dont live in Indiana so no option to drive to the box office. I called to see if bought over the phone if the fee was any less (it wasnt) and then when I went back to buy online (and pay the $25 extra in fees) the tickets that were within my budget were SOLD OUT. So now I do not get to see Dirty Dancing at all this Saturday. Just a bit frustrated.

I preform there on a regular basis. I havent really been in the lobby, but the seating is very shmazzy. The stage is a good size. The dressing rooms can get a little cramped, but we have a lot of dancers, so thats understandable. I just wish it werent quite as dry. Sometimes we have to struggle to keep our lips intact. The slide concrete floors are just asking for little kids to slip and fall on. Besides that, its beautiful!

Didnt hate the performance - just the hidden fees. So great to have this in our area. Too bad they charge double for the convenience of getting your tickets online. Also waited on the phone for over 20 min to find out the fees are the same to order that way too. They also need to hire some people who like answering the phone and talking to people the operator was extremely rude when answering questions.

Good venue but the ushers need better training. We saw Wicked and they kept letting people in 30-45 minutes into the performance, which was extremely distracting! People should not be admitted any more than 10 minutes, at most. And not only that, the ushers would flash people in the face with bright white led lights whenever they turned around. Tips: 1) Use a red lignt, and 2) aim them lower.

I attempted to order tickets over the phone and not only did they mess up my order but also charged my account twice. To top it off, I talked to two different staff members and could not believe how rudely I was talked to. At one point the actual wording of a SUPERVISOR was "I am doing YOU a favor mam." and "Jesus Christ can I please talk?" I will never order from them again.

Went to see the Book of Mormon Thursday night. Great show and in a great venue. I do wonder why half way thru the first act the heat was turned up so high. It almost got unbearable in the balcony area. We were not the only ones to notice how hot it got. We always love coming here just got a little warm last night. Thank you.

Seen comedians & concerts here and enjoyed all of them. Remember the seating to get uncomfortable during longer shows, but all seats have had good views. The inside is classical and elegant. Most of the time prices can be prohibitive and cause us to not be able to attend half of the shows wed like to see.

Went to see Gabriel Iglesias last weekend. It was a magical night my little sister got engaged by the balcony and Gabriel had a great show. Bathrooms were clean and I purchased my tickets over the phone, unfortunately with an additional fee but I got great seats for the price.

Really nice performance hall. Not so great for rick shows considering the seating is non removable, but for Broadway or Spoken word its great. Good accoustics, nearby parking, and restaurants next door makes for a great night out.

Not the greatest acoustics unless youre in the middle. Far left or far right not good seats. Stay to the middle unless its someone you really want to see. Usually good ticket prices.

So much history and so many good shows that come through. Its a beautiful theater inside and out and in a great location in close proximity to good downtown restaurants.

Beutifully restored theater. Great venue for plays, musicals, and concerts of all types. Were lucky to have this gem at the center of our cultural activities in downtown.
