Unless you consider waiting out in the rain for 30 minutes for them to open their doors (when they are supposed to be open), giving up, and having to drag your crying and disappointed children back into the car fun, That Fun Place is an unfitting description of this venue. It was my sons 3rd birthday. He wanted to celebrate here. We arrived at 3 pm, their opening time, unloaded the children out of the car, and waited excitedly by doors. The doors were locked, lights off, and not a person in sight. I tried to call, no answer, nothing posted on the door. After 20 minutes my son desperately asked me to wait a little longer, so we did. After 30 minutes we gave up. I even waited a day to write this review. I called and left my contact information on their voicemail, giving them a chance to call back and explain. Unsurprisingly, no one bothered calling me back.

Went here with my children for the first time Tonight got my 8 yr old daughters birthday. Although we bought 2 hour bracelets at a discount with a coupon, the quality of our visit was horrible. In 2 hours we were only able to play laser tag once and drive bumper cars 2 times due to the attractions being unattended. (Waited 20 mins on the attendant for bumper cars before going to hunt someone down. There were 3 people total working there this evening. With 4 attractions and a ticket counter not to mention games and bounce houses I would say thats severely understaffed.

Horrible experience with the glow golf. Not many golf putters short enough for the kids and really had to hunt since they were all tangled together. There were no score cards or pencils at the entrance. Young kids (under 6) were running through without parents and just dropping their ball and golfing whenever they felt like it. Got shoved a couple times by people trying to move through the tight space. Not recommended.

Although the attractions were entertaining. Security is a big concern. No cameras and no staff monitoring the front of the facility. Multiple kids could be an issue for some if a predator were to come by luring kids outside. Also no cameras outside either.

I absouletly love that fun place. There pizza tasted amazing. Its not even expensive. The games are so much fun, the arcade golf and lazer tag is super fun,. I[ have a new favorite place.
