Looks really nice inside now, However it looks like they put all of their insurance money into an extremely over-priced arcade ( a minimum of $1 per play per game, which is ridiculous in its own sense) and the new VIP room (which is nice) as well as the bar area. However the bowling machinery and equipment leaves a lot to be desired, they didnt attempt to update any of the actual machinery at all and they are bad. Also, I hate how they re-did all of the interior, but they didnt put High-Top Tables in the back row at the lanes, this makes it really annoying and difficult to try and watch others bowl while you are seated in the back row of lane tables. Its also very annoying how they allow people to "reserve" open bowling lanes during all of their special nights. you have to try and plan a bowling trip months in advance if you want to bowl here. There is no longer any spur of the moment "lets go bowling" nights. Overall a nice looking place with friendly staff, decent food. I love that they got rid of the poker room to try and make it a little more family friendly and to get some of the unwanted crowd away.

This place is great but I literally sat here for 45 minutes !!! Waiting for a server on a non busy day, and the place wasnt even full. Yet there were 5 servers just walking around and whenever I tried to get someones attention, I was ignored. Finally after an hour I got approached by a lady with an attitude asking if I needed anything. What kind of question is that? Ive been here for almost an hour with no food or drink. Why else would I be doing just sitting here trying to waive down servers like a poor bastard in the rain trying to get a cab in New York. I left, went to Meijers and bought myself a six pack of Angry Orchard, came back and after twenty minutes my food and cup of water finally shows up. Hopefully things change soon.

Of the bowling alleys Ive been to in Holland, they were one of the best looking, well kept places. But... this place is not family friendly. Took my (young, impressionable) children to this place once and had to leave before we finished our bowling. They play music videos on the big screens over the alley that, if you have half a conscience, you have to continually avert your eyes because the music videos are filthy... or eventually walk out if your conscience is fully intact. To any others that have a conscience, I would encourage you to use it! The glimmer of this place isnt worth your integrity; bowl somewhere else.

Great for the kids, service is good but for us seasoned bowlers the lanes conditions could be better. A few lanes break down or even reset in mid game. The worst is when the approach lane is sticky and the bowler can not slide. This causes bowlers to lose balance and can potentially be dangerous and risking injury. Even though any bowler planing on bowling here or any bowling ally should acknowledge the risks involved but poor maintenance and cleanliness should be no exception and should not add on the risk factor.

Bowled last night, open bowling. Great updates to the score keepers. DO NOT LIKE STANDING AT THE BAR, quietly and waiting my turn, to be ignored. Not just a lil, but watching the bartender circle and get ignored as I stare at her. Called the desk from the bar to get a drink order placed! Tom told me, "the problem is, I am looking at lane 9. Theres noone there." Thats cuz I am still standing at the bar waiting for service Tom!! Thats my only issue.

We had a party come in with our kids about 30 or so. They had excellent service but the set was terrible. A separate table where ppl were stealing food off of n constant issues with people just standing by us because no one could move around. Seating was cramped for all of us. Great place even better service but, terrible set up. Maybe a better idea for smaller groups because they didnt plan this out.

Super fun! Bowling is fantastic with the modern scoring machines. You take your picture when starting out and it then uses youre pictures in short, hilarious video clips that are shown after each bowl. Other than bowling, there is great food and drinks. The whole other side of the place is a game room and tight rope apparatus. All in all, lots of fun, clean place and good atmosphere.

Best place in west michigan. Tom and rob were awesome in fixing our lane after it broke 3 different times. As we walked out, he was dealing with some other couple who were arguing with him. He did nothing but keep his composure after the lady seemed to be screaming at him. Good job! Awesome team! Amazing food! Thanks again for the great night!

Bam definitely tries to do it all; part bowling alley, part pizza place, part arcade and part laser tag... It really only does bowling well. It has plenty of lanes and has a newish social system where they put your face on the bowling animations which I thought was pretty cute.

Staff is friendly but their prices are fckn ridiculous. Dont get me wrong, food is o.k. however they advertise stuff to be bigger than it actually is. For instance the 1/3 pound burger isnt 1/3 pound. and it costs 12 dollars with 9 little French fries. Thats my review

This place is as about as FAMILY-friendly as you can get! Ive been there several times with my kids (ages 7 and up) and with other friends/relatives of every age - they all loved it and had a great time. Im having my sons birthday party there, he cant wait!

I like bam because its a great place for entertainment for all ages it doesnt matter how old you are you definitely will have fun the prices are reasonable great birthday parties bowling an arcade I play APA Pool there for many years and enjoy it greatly

Awesome lanes! Modern and clean. Definitely worth the higher price. Except that our balls kept getting stuck, which Im hoping was just a random bad day. Staff was decent fast in fixing any issues. We will certainly be back because we had a great time

Fairly good experience. Some of the equipment is dated, which detracts from the overall experience, but bowling is still good. The presence of alcohol, and smoking outside the front door make it anything but family friendly.

Sat for 25 min without any help. Usually its 10 min before a server notices us and the service is super slow then even. They rarely check up on you and take forever to get refills on drinks or to notice. Very disappointed.

Great service, nice staff, they have a great new room to rent for parties with bowling lanes and very nicely decorated, Looked like fair prices to rent it too. Its nice to see the effort they are putting in to the place.

Nice place inside, but kind of disgusting to have to dodge the smokers and the cigarette butts to get in the front door. Please enforce the local 20 ordinance or Im going to Lost City next time.
