I was thoroughly disgusted by the seats that were sold for the Dave Koz performance. I was seated in the Gallery section O. The seats were sold as partially obstructed, but one had to move their seat to the edge of the railing and bend over the railing to be able to view the stage. I had to stand up for the majority of the concert because my back began to ache after leaning forward for 20 minutes. There was also a very large speaker directly in front of us that made the stage unable to be viewed. The sound was atrocious as well. Six people that sat beside us left at the intermission. Many others expressed disappointment that the seats were non-viewable and the music indistinguishable. The whole upper level on the sides should not be available for purchase. The view on their website is inaccurate. I will, as others stated, never go to the Center again. I will also be contacting Dave Koz to state our horrible experience. Shame on the Center and its personnel to offer these seats for purchase. It was a despicable act that they took our money ($40 per seat) and offered us horrible views in return. I will be telling every one that I work with in my large corporation (over 4000 people) about my terrible experience there.

I agree with Mike in the previous rating. The employees, staff and volunteers are THE RUDEST people anywhere. They all need to be royally slapped! The entire place is very poorly arraigned, parking is hideous--no signage, no direction. There is more than one venue, and no one who works there knows where to send you, and there is no indication of anything. All the events are closed to the public, that is, after you have paid out the wazoo for a seat, you are not allowed to meet the entertainers--just a chosen crowd. Hey, you snobs who arent very intelligent or professional, take your over-priced sh$$ house.

Seriously fabulous venue. It has unique seating, you can sit on the stage and see what the performers see. I have been in the far back, which is not too far. I have also been in the front row. I am not sure that there is a bad seat in the whole place. The volunteers that guide you to your seat are friendly and easy to please. This place is a great addition to the community and worth the visit. Be sure to check out the gift shop. Be prepared to find parking, they offer valet on the south side of the venue.

Not only is the facility gorgeous, but the scale is so much more intimate than a huge concert venue. They have concerts for many different musical tastes (although I am a jazz fan - the Boney James concert was probably the best concert Ive ever been to). We also enjoy classical music - thank you for not only hosting Joshua Bell but Silk Road Ensemble too! I keep an eye on the calendar regularly. I only wish the seat prices were a bit more reasonable. For families or seniors, its a stretch.

This is a small world class concert venue in Carmel, Indiana proper. Its not very large, but this allows great views to see the stage. The sound in the building is also world class. The seats are of a generous width with ample leg room. During intermission one can go t ok bars stashed just outside the concert hall. Mixed drinks and wine mostly. This is a ritzy venue so one needs to dress accordingly. Enjoy!

Beautiful venue! The unfortunate thing for our group was we were top level, side box seats which means the screen that was set up to show video clips to accompany the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra was obstructed by the speaker cluster hanging from the ceiling. Otherwise, acoustics were outstanding and facility itself was top notch.

First timer at this Carmel palladium Beautiful Place indeed...We had balcony seats (not a bad seat in the place.) But when Trace talked you could not understand what he was saying very muffled I believe they need speakers at the top :(

I know a lot of people in Carmel are upset about Mayor Brainard building the Palladium, but quite frankly after visiting it and being an Indiana native, I can actually proudly say, "Bravo! Well done faithful servant."

Very pretty venue. Theres not a bad seat in the house (unless you purposely choose to sit behind the stage). Seating is a bit tight, as the theatre is a bit small. The furthest seat is still plenty close to the stage.

Intimate setting, but a bit too close seating without rubbing shoulders or elbows. Sparse concessions, but they do have wine.
