My husband and I came to Klein Creek with the utmost confidence that we would have our beautiful wedding day at a fabulous facility and courteous staff. We spent over a year of our time in contact with several of you staff members through email, phone calls, and several face to face meetings. However, that entire year of planning was a waste as we had “train wreck of a wedding” (this is how the manager put it after we explained all of our issues the next day) After two months of attempting to resolve our complaints directly with Klein Creek, we have still not received a response or resolution from the management team on our over 33 issues with between the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception at their establishment. Our original coordinator Amanda Daniels came highly recommended and was fabulous from day one. However, she took a new position elsewhere and our new coordinator was hired in her place. As we expected there was a few bumps along the way as the position was new to our new coordinator. However, by our final review meeting on the Tuesday before our wedding we left the meeting confident that our wedding coordinator would treat our wedding with respect and have everything we paid for and discussed taken care of the day of our wedding. Unfortunately, the day of our wedding was not the day we dreamed of our whole lives. The day was a complete nightmare. Our wedding was an abundance of services that were paid for but were never received, disrespect and rudeness from our wedding coordinator and staff members, and the and multiple errors throughout the day which are outlined in the list below. Our wedding dreams are forever tarnished and destroyed as direct result of having out wedding at your establishment due to the staff employed by your company. We were endlessly assured by our coordinator our day would be taken care of as this was her job to make our day stress free. Reasonably we expected some things would go astray, however the amount and level of errors, along with the disrespect and rudeness we received left me in tears back at our hotel instead of smiles, and family/friends/guests stunned at such unprofessionalism. As we can never ever get back our wedding day, and can never erase the terrible memories we requested a full refund of our money so that we can put that money toward a one year anniversary and try to redo our wedding in the manner it should have been at our original wedding. We also felt completely disrespected, that our wedding was made to be a mockery, and joke that by their staff. We hope others will reconsider using this establishment after our day was destroyed. If we ever receive a resolution from Klein Creek I will happily post and update of what their resolution was. As of today, after almost 2 months or begging for some type of response, I have filed a Better Business Bureau complaint and will contact an attorney if necessary. I am a patient person but over 2 months without a response to destroying what was suppose to be the best day of our lives, is an additional smack in the face from an establishment who clearly does not care.

I would not recommend this golf course to anyone because of couple reasons. First, you have to play in the pace of 2 hrs 15 mins even though there is in front of you or behind you. The staffs are rude, discrimination, and unprofessional, especially the guy head of professional (LOU). We thought we were on time when I finished hole # 8, the time were 2hrs and 10 mins. The starter came to us and told us we were late. That was the only time he talked to us. We hurried to finish #9 and went straight to hole #10 without stopping the restroom. When we got to hole #12, this guy Lou came out, had no name tag, no badge, no business card when we asked him. He told us to speed up even though there were nobody behind us, of course we did not listen to him and told him to go back to clubhouse to get his name tag or business card. he was mad, and came to our cart and took the key off , he told us to walked back to the club house. I think this was unprofessional of him, childish, and he called himself as a head of professional golf. After what happened, we called the klein creek golf course, and requested to speak with the manager in charge. He was not in town for that week, we left messages and contact info, but he have never returned our phone call. It was so sad that the nice golf course with a bad management team would run this golf course down to the ground. I would like ask anyone who had a bad experience with this golf course, please write some comments so they can fix this problem before nobody want to come back to play here. Worst venue ever! When you enter the tent the doors stick and dont work. The bar is dirty, rude staff, and the drinks were served in tiny plastic cups. The food was the worst. I poured the salad dressing on the chicken just so I could eat it. It was dry and tasteless. The mashed potatoes looked nice but they tasted like cardboard. The water on the table was warm and no one ever asked if we needed anything. During dinner there was nothing to drink, except the warm water, and the children could not even get pop.The food was served by teenagers that had no training and were rude. They served half of the table and started half serving other tables. The chairs and the place settings at the table did not match and we had to wait at least 10 minutes for chairs. During the entire event we never saw any management or staff supervision. The bathrooms were dirty and insufficient for the venue. I only gave one star because I had to choose a star, but this place should get a negative. Dont waste your time checking this place out. Even if the structur is not perfect, good food, and pleasant staff can make a big difference, but this place has nothing. I hope they dont charge for the event planner, because she should pay guests for suffering through her events.

Golfed this course today with friends. I have to say the course is challenging and thats the only good thing though. The greens are super fast and tons of divots on them. THe sand trap arent maintain well. But the worst part was the staff. The starters were extremely pushy telling us to speed up when groups behind us arent even close to waiting. They keep complaining we werent going fast enough even tho we finished the front nine in under 2 hours. We came on a groupon and its only usable after 2pm on weekend. We Started at 2pm and they over booked after us. They repeatedly harassed us to picked up he pace and wanted us to skip holes. Like we causing the backup. As I said earlier. No ever waited to tee off or wait in the fairway due to us. I would never come back to this place even if that fired all the current staff.

My family had a reception in the tent the doors when you came in stuck together the bar served the drinks in small plastic cups the bartender called the cops on us twice one was because my ant dropped her glass the second time is when the best man graves a another Botle of wine for the table I asked for a salad and was denied then the staff tried to take the decorations that we brought. The meal took for ever to come out and the bred came out last I went out to the dock over the pond I leaned very lightly on the wooden rail and it broke and fell in the lake
