I must laud the ladies with whom I spoke over the phone. They were courteous, helpful and more than understanding. Rarely, do I receive call backs in a timely manner when I leave my phone number. That is not the case with the communication I had with all the attending staff at The Tempel Lipizzan Facility in Old Mill Creek , IL. They called me back in a timely manner and helped me resolve an issue I had. Further ,they graciously honored a request I had to accommodate an 85 year old senior citizen . They have my sincere gratitude.
