I was given tickets to a show on Thursday December 31st 2015 and I called to see if we can reschedule because we are going to be out of town. I spoke with a gentleman and he advised he would look into it. He came back to the phone and advised they were purchased through ticketmaster and I had to contact them for the change. I contacted Ticketmaster via the phone number provided to me bu the Marriott Theater rep. The ticketmaster rep was most helpful and advises s she had to send a letter to the theater. When I spoke with the theater they made no mention of this when it should have been if thats there process he would have known that. Ticketmaster advised to follow up with the theater and I did so and I spoke with a rep again who on the phone sounded very confused and spoke with her supervisor Barb. I then asked to speak to Barb to explain the 3 different explanations I was given. She advised they arent doing exchanges on NYE and that I spoke with a supervisor the fist time. So now Im thinking why didnt the supervisor I spoke with the first time tell me that rather than give me the run around and have me do all these things if nothing could be done. I would have been OK with him advising that to begin with but he lead me to believe they could be and I wasted time making phone calls and having ticketmaster fill out a form that was unnecessary. When I spoke with Barb she was so rude and raised her voice. I dont know what kind of management raises there voice to customers but it was unprofessional. They whole situation was handled unprofessional. I will never step foot into that place and I will make sure that I share my experience with everyone I know. I many people who attend shows at the theater that will not continue after hearing about this awful experience. Management and Supervisors at MT- Lincolnshire need a lesson on customer service. By far the worst service and not because the tickets couldnt be exchanged I would have understood and been OK if I was told that to begin with but because of the lack of professionalism and customer service.

This was the worst experience in my many years of attending your performances. I did not realize when I bought my tickets that I would be sitting in the audience and be proselytized to, evangelized to, and preached to in the Christian religion. This kind of so-called play belongs in a church setting and has no business being performed before a captive general audience which represents other religions, including mine, Judaism. I was severely offended, not only by the Christian evangelism, but at dialog that suggests antisemtism. I am seriously considering canceling my subscription and not ever renewing. What were you people thinking?

Last night my husband and I we went very exited to see the "Cabaret" but unfortunately we had to leave after the first act - was not what we expected to be musical - It said that it is recommended for 16 years and up BUT I fall asleep during the act.( i am 55) My husband had said it is not worth it for our nerves and time. In the parking lot we saw other people living for the same reason - boring- We are sorry for the actors and for our money It was a false alarm about the name "Cabaret" It was not our first time being in the Theater. Was not to enjoy - sorry and maybe will considered our review. Militaru

October Sky is phenomenal! I went to the library to get the book the day after seeing the show and am still thinking about the songs and the characters. All of the actors were 100% believable in their characterizations, and what talented singers! I have to say that Homers mom especially touched my heart. She spoke volumes with gestures and facial expressions, and her song about getting Homers feet on the ground was my favorite. I only wish there was some way to purchase a soundtrack.

Not a bad seat in the place. I had never been to this theatre before. Main parking lot filled up fast. They have another lot next to it and offer valet parking. The theatre stage is set up in the center and all of the seats were around it. You honestly cannot go wrong with a seat there. We sat 2nd row and it was great. I did not feel like I had to strain my neck or that I was too close. I look forward to seeing more shows here in the future!

Ive been a yearly member for over 3 seasons. This theater has Broadway-quality and sometimes better actors and productions. It really has world class everything, from stages to staff to the acting. You cannot go wrong by signing up for a single show or a season. The thing that separates it from the rest is the intimate theatre in the round, there isnt a single bad seat in the house.

Ive seen musicals all over the world, London Budapest Moscow and many other cities. Several musicals that Ive seen at the Lincolnshire where on par or maybe even better than the musicals ive seen in the best. The utulization of space is excellent, the decorations along with world class actors bring musical to live and make you feel as a part of the production.

I took my girlfriend to see Mary Poppins here, after having already seen it on Broadway in Manhattan. It was a great show and the venue actually worked out really well, for a 360 degree seating auditorium. I would definitely go back there to watch another show. If youre in the area, you should go check out a show here too!

Saw Godspell at the Marriott Theater in Lincolnshire: disgusted and offended by its anti semitic lyrics. To add salt to the wound, the facts were not even historically correct. Example: there were never any heathens in a synagogue; and the Jews did not kill Jesus. Shame on you Marriott.

If you plan on watching one of the childrens plays and plan on bringing a baby, make sure you buy her a ticket... Not joking. We had to buy a ticket for our 8 month old to see Elf. They wouldnt let her in without one. Kinda ridiculous

Wonderful small theater in the "square". The intimacy of the theater means there really is no bad seat. Great adult and childrens shows. Always professional actors worth the price admission.

Theatre in the round., No bad seats, dress business casual, prices good, just plain fun. Not stuffy like going downtown. free parking or $5 valet. Lots of good dinning in the area

This year we saw October Sky and Elf. Both shows were really well done. The sets and actors were amazing. The theatre is perfectly small. There is not a bad seat in the theater.
