Lovely venue large enough to present a large cast and effects performance and small enough to be intimate. The space is very attractive and comfortable, the bar items and refreshments are reasonably priced, and the staff is friendly and helpful. As the venue is in downtown Nashville, parking is something of an issue. We chose the venue valet parking which was wonderful on arrival but required a pretty long wait when cars were delivered after the performance. The other options are self serve lots a walk away, some of which require paid reservations ahead of time. Definitely will be back for future performances even though we live in Knoxville.

A brilliantly constructed facility that fails to have a bad seat. Ive been to three or four performances here every year for the last three years and have never seen a poor performance. The staff is always friendly and helpful, though a larger concession stand on the upper levels would make drinks, etc a bit quicker during the intermissions. Parking is easy and within quick walking distance one block down the street, I do not recommend the valet service as you will be waiting quite a while for your vehicle after the performance. If you want to add a little culture and excellent your life, I cannot recommend TPAC enough.

The facility is impressive: wonderful stages and great visibility no matter where you sit. (Side thought: I dont understand why they wont add in more space in theatre seating though.) the concessions is TERRIBLY over priced but the workers are very pleasant. There are ushers to help you find your way. The bathrooms are well placed and sufficient for a place its size. Great variety of shows, as well. Comedies, ballets, concerts, etc.

Wonderful venue with amazing shows. Lots of restrooms in the basement if you are willing to wait for the elevators (one reason for only 4 stars). Longer lines for concessions than wed like (another reason for 4 stars). All the seats are good seats. Weve sat in the very back row of the top balcony and thought those seats were just as good as the loge.

I have been attending performances at this venue since I was a little girl. I have seen everything from ballets to plays and musicals here, and I will see my first concert in the Andrew Jackson Hall soon. There isnt a bad seat in the house in any of the performance halls, and I look forward to coming here for years to come.

Great venue for seeing live performances. And prices vary to accommodate many budgets. Also, they provide ASL interpreters on the first Sunday matinee of a Broadway run. If you would prefer another show, you can request it. They also provide cart and descriptions for people with visual disabilities.

Love TPAC! They bring in some amazing shows, old and new! Of course I prefer to sit up front but Ive gotten last min tickets in the back and was able to see just fine. Drinks are pricey but no more than any other theater. Bathrooms are always clean and its easy for uber to get to me .

Had seats to The Nutcracker, staff and ushers were very polite and quite helpful with finding seats. Building was clean and well-maintained. The Andrew Jackson Hall is gorgeous and a wonderful place to spend 2 hours. Will definitely be going back for more shows.

First time ever watching performance in US, TPAC has a wonderful history, being in the center of Nashville the music city, the main theatre is very stunning, there are different building levels to enter the theatre, and they have mini museum at the lowest level

Great venue for the wide variety of events. The facilities were clean and the staff was friendly. The seats are comfortable and there really isnt a bd view in the Polk theatre. We saw the Iliza Slesinger Confirmed Kills and we had a wonderful time.

Took a class of elementary students to TPAC. The play was decent, the staff was courteous and friendly to my students. The facilities were well maintained. TPAC allowed us to eat lunch in their building afterwards free of charge. Great visit.

Great seating all around. Well maintained facilities. The only downside is that the restrooms are a bit far away (but maybe this was by design to force people to use them before performances or during intermission.)

While I was in Nashville for business I had to opportunity to see a show at this venue, and the venue is great. Sound system, lighting, seats, and everything else. One of the best performing centers I have been to.

TPAC is a special place in middle Tennessee. There are no other venues that offer the range of programming that is offered here. From Broadway shows to music and dance events, theyre are many offerings to suit.

The venue space is great, but the parking situation is a little bit of a nightmare. There really isnt anything designated for the venue and being downtown makes it difficult.

Awesome venue with great acoustics and a large variety of performances. As with any American theater: bring a sweater to comfortably enjoy the majestic performances.

We have been here for dance competitions twice now (1/2015). This is a great venue, great sound, comfortable seating, and seats all have a good view of the stage.

Great venue - good views and acoustics. Decent rotation of shows and performers. Valet parking is a disaster - be prepared for a long wait at the end of the night.

TPAC is an amazing facility, if not a little dated. Its the only venue for Broadway Shows, but lots of other great acts come through too. We are lucky to have it.

Three theaters with drinks in the lobby and places to sit and relax before a performance. Free TN state museum in basement is quite good.

Sound was a bit off and the seats were cramped (but I have really long legs). Other than that, it was a great place to see a show.

Not the worst place but dont sit in the balcony if you want to see anything. Doesnt compare to any major city with Broadway Plays

The performances are top notch, but the facility is showing its age. The TPAC valet service is a joke -- avoid at all costs.

Took my kids to see Shrek and the venue was clean. And lots of help from the staff to help with directions in the building.
