I have to say, I was the worst client imaginable, and the owners still have me great service. I cancelled the first time due to a snowstorm (live in Colorado, and snow in Chicago made it impossible to fly in) and then rescheduled... Unfortunately, despite them sending me a confirmation and reminder, I didnt notice the date was a week before I thought. When we showed up ready to play, a week late... They nicely pointed out last weeks date on my confirmation. Oops! They rescheduled is for the next available slot, and didnt even make me feel bad (my family was busy doing that). Great room, great people, great service... Thanks all! I promise when we come to the new place Ill get the date right!

Although the location can be deceiving due to lack of visible people traffic and/ or signs, this experience was awesome! My family, ages 71-32 yrs old were intrigued by the task ahead immediately. This escape room is challenging but packed with adventure, ingenious puzzles and riddles as well as plenty of fun. Even though we did not escape in time, we finished it anyways and still left full of exhilaration. Bring your A game to this escape. The creators are there with you for support, guidance, and to elevate this adventure to a one in a lifetime experience. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

This was the third room escape that I had done, and I enjoyed it the most so far! Jon was our Game Master, and he did a terrific job with explaining the rules and being the "spirit" guide for our journey. I was in a group of 8 people with a couple of "newbies", and we all agreed that the experience was a lot of fun. The puzzles were challenging but not impossible, and we were able to escape with about 4 minutes to go. I would definitely recommend this room escape to all my friends, no matter their experience level. Well be back!

I came here with 5 friends for a birthday party and did the hour-long Timekeepers Trap (or something to that effect). Most people in our party had never done an escape room before and so didnt know what to expect. We all had a great time, and everyone would go back again. The hour flew by, and we just barely managed to solve the puzzle. Dexter was our Game Master and he did a great job and helped us when needed, hung back when not. Overall, great fun and unusual event. Highly recommend.

We did date night here to celebrate our anniversary. We were joined by two friends. We each drove an hour to arrive, and got babysitters, to realize that we purchased tickets for following night. They were awesome about it! They allowed us to do our room, even though the gamemaster stayed late. It was a blast! It was fun and challenging. Id recommend it to anyone - for the experience and customer service! Thanks so much for saving us from a boring movie and dinner on date night!

So full disclosure, I know one of the guys who owns it and our kids are friends. That out of the way, I thought the whole idea was going to be corny and had very low expectaiona. I was so wrong. This is so much fun its ridiculous. We had 10 people and were giving end one hour to escape a room using clues, keys and teamwork. This is a great way to spend an hour before or after dinner and a Ton of fun. Oh and we escaped with 8 min to spare!!!!

This was a ton of fun and a great thing to do with friends or even for a work outing. The clues to get out of the room were very clever and it really took everyones minds to work together and escape. Highly recommend and am looking forward to next seasons challenge. Great restaurants nearby to make it a better gathering!

What a blast! Went here with 5 of my friends and we had a great time solving all the puzzles developed by the Time Keeper. Look at everything in the room and make sure you talk to your partners to get out and solve the puzzles. We made it out just in the nick of time! Highly recommend for a unique experience!

Escape Factor is an extraordinary experience. Me and my friends were totally engrossed in the puzzles and really felt victorious where we finally solved our way out of the room! Would highly recommend for a girls night out, its a great place to bond with your friends and tackle a great challenge.

Had a great time with the family. We didnt make it out but if we had 3 more minutes we would have. Communication and teamwork is necessary. Dont discount anything and remember the puzzles. If Im back in town Ill go again. Keep up the great job with this room.

It was my first escape room experience and it was awesome. The riddles and puzzles keeps us thinking, moving, and laughing. We had a a great time. Cant wait to do it again . Dexter and Johnathan was deviously brilliant.
