My family of 4 and I visited Chicago for 3 days during spring break (Evening, 2 days, Morning). In this short time (with 2 kids in tow) we saw everything we wanted to see...Willis Tower at sunset, Field Museum, Art Museum (which is open late on Thursday nights), Science and Industry, and The Shedd. We knew to look for the correct entrances so that we could take advantage of the "fast lane" City Pass provides. We never waited in line more than 1-5 minutes (even on Saturday morning at The Shedd). Also look into parking with Panda Parking. It can save a lot of money if you use it correctly. I highly recommend the City Pass to anyone who wants to see the sights in Chicago. We loved our experience and felt like Rock Stars as we entered the exhibits ahead of some lengthy lines!

CityPass Chicago was awesome. If you plan to "go native" as a tourist for a few days this is a must. I accidentally order one too many and the phone customer service quickly cancelled the transaction so I could re-order. The mobile voucher was easily exchanged for a ticket book. Each place had CityPass lines and the best part was when we basically jumped to the front of the Willis Tower line, which saved us more than an hour. The pass more than paid for itself. Thank you!

City pass is a rip off. Do not waste your money or your time. We purchased one before we went to Chicago and ended up waiting in line with everyone else who was buying tickets in order to redeem the voucher. They told us we had to wait two hours at the skydeck just to get our fast pass. Ay Chicago 360 same thing happened. When we asked what is the advantage of the city pass we were told, gee I dont know. It is a rip off. Dont do it.

Sounds really convenient and like a deal ,but it is not. Awful customer service - if you have an issue they are not based in Chicago so you need to physically mail the book in for a refund. I am still waiting for a call back from the manager from a week ago. Bottom line, dont purchase this. Even the people in the museums acknowledged that a lot of customers have issues and they are known for lackluster customer support.

The Validity on the CITYPASS card is 9 days without refund on unused attractions and if you have a family it is difficult to see all attractions on CITY Pass in 2-3 days on a weekend as the traffic is HIGH and most of the attractions close at 5pm better to buy individual tickets or if you have time like 5 days then this pass would be useful.

Great deal, AMAZING CITY. HIGHLY recommended! Didn and #39;t love the Adler Planetarium, the shows made me dizzy, but it probably just isn and #39;t for everyone. You can see the city line from the back of the planetarium anyways, which was my ultimate goal for photos. I wish I had chosen the Art Institute.

Citypass Chicago provided excellent attractions at an affordable price as a way to explore & enjoy the city of Chicago while celebrating our 3 year wedding anniversary. My husband is 35 and I am 31, all of the attractions were very intriguing for our age and interests.

Really satisfied with the City Pass..the fast pass helped a lot to skip long queues at the Sky Deck and 360. The overall price of 100$ helps a lot for a 2 day visit to Chicago and its totally worth it

Whats the point? Had to wait an hour to get in to the Shedd Aquarium when online ticket purchase were able to get in with no line. Every other attraction went well.

The lines for The City Pass at the Museum of Science and Industry were twice as long as anything else. No VIP entry here. Very faslsly advertised.
