I have been one of the best customers for this place and not smart when the owner gives u a ripped open bag of freezer burned food without letting u know and hoping u dont notice till u get home!! I called and told her and she says just put it in the freezer and it will be fine instead of giving some kind of discounted credit on next purchase on fish food!! She says why didnt u bring it back!! The real question is why would u give your customers a totally ripped open bag that I saw in her freezer over a week ago so who knows how long its been in there!! I live 20-25 min away and when I open the bag and saw it, I am supposed to drive back and just get a new bag with no compensation for gas and time being used!! Shortly after that my tassel File Fish that I bought off her 3 months ago got Popeye!! I read contaminated food could be the cause for this happening!! I then had to buy medicine and quarantine the fish hoping he doesnt lose his eye sight which will probably haopen!! His eye is completely ridiculously popping out of his eye socket!! I now might lose a expensive fiah that might die or go blind and the owner Lisa Collins does not feel a need to do something to fix this or compensate me in any way!! I told her thats bad business and bad reviews are reasons that companies go out of business!! She totally showed lack of respect for her customers by putting a ripped open bag of food and wrapping it up without asking me if I would take the damage product!! If I had seen I would of said no way give me a new sealed bag!! I still have her contaminated nasty food she sold me!! I will not be shopping there again unless she does something to fix this!! I do not recommend this place to no one!! This place gets a thumbs down from me!! She just lost one of her best customers and she will see the damage a bad review can do for her business!! Now my baby tassel File Fish that I also bought off her for $100 just died today!! He was fine for a month now and he ate a lot of that food that Lisa sold me!! He stopped swimming around 2 days after eating that food from that ripped open bag she sold to me!! Shame on u Lisa!!

This by far is the worst place Ive ever been to out of dozens of fish stores.First off the customer service is very poor.I walked around looking at fish as the lady just stood there with her arms crossed staring at us with not one word.All the top tanks have no lights so you cant see fish very well. I asked her if I could purchase a fish I thought looked healthy. She charged me and I left. Went home and put fish in my aquarium with LED lighting. Surprisingly The fish has cloudy pupils that you can only see in light .I called and told her what is going on and she said "How do I know if your fish didnt infect that fish" And " You should have looked before you bought". I told her if you had light on your aquarium I would have noticed that. She said no exchanges very rudly. This place sells sick fish and doesnt take responbility! Beware !!!!!

Bought two black damsels, two clown fish, one yellow tang, a sand sifting Gobi and two banded coral shrimp. EVERYTHING DIED excpet the shrimp. I have an established tank with other fish and corals with lots of invertebrates. I test my water regularly and take very good care of my tank. Called them and told them what happened, I was told THEY DONT GUARANTEE ANYTHING!!!!!!! AND THEN SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!! Worst place to buy fish from. The water is yellow and dead fish in there tanks. Very horrible service and just rude!!!!!

I have been buying fishes ,corals and invertebrates from this store since their opening day and never had a problem. They sell at rock bottom prices healthy critters and they are friendly and courteous. Its always a pleasure and a refreshing event for me to go there. I wish them only the best and thanks them from the bottom of my heart.

They ripped me off dont ever.. i mean ever use them .. for nothing ..horrible and my worst experience ever.. i hope my fish make it .. One has already died and it cost me $1000 bucks .. my favorite is about to die ... DAMN .IT NEVER USe THEM ..PLEASE . if u love your fish and tanks like me..

Very reasonably priced fish. We bought 5 small salt water fish for 30$, the fish are doing well and dont seem to have any issues so far. The location is inside a warehouse looking building and there is plenty of parking. Their selection of fish are always beautiful!
