Im going to give them a 5 star. There are some negative reviews on here from "avid bowlers" due to poor maintenance and lack of oil, but thats not the case. It took me several weeks to get into the hang of things with the employees, but once you ask about the oil schedule, youre bowling experience improves considerably. Im on great terms with the maintenance guys now, to the point where they stop me from going to the dry lanes, and make the girls at the counter switch me to the primo spots. They cycle through staff pretty quick, but all of the staff are friendly and respectful. Certain times, they are understaffed for shifts, which Ive seen result in lack of service. Ive witnessed some unhappy customers due to "poor service", but each time is related to busy hour and not enough workers. Ive been going here weekly for the past several months and I love the place. My only beef is you can seldom go in there and bowl with no music and lights on. The "old school" bowling isnt really an option. Its a bit irritating to bowl in black lights and not see the arrows, but thats the trade off for a good spot. Zero complaints here. If you have a bad experience, I recommend going back to give them another go.

Poor service overall. After being there for 20min, I went up to the kitchen to place an order. There was a waitress thay was assigned our lanes, but she was no where to be seen Placed an order for 4 adults and 7 kids, and was asked to pay and TIP at the time of order. This is never a good sign... Food came, with the missing waitress. She explained that she was leaving soon, did one round of drinks and asked for a tp but a. Ew waitress was beIng assigned. Also, not a good sign... That was all we saw of the staff. Later went up to the kitchen to ask for refills and was told the waitress would get to us. 15min later... no waitress. Asked again for refills, and was told by a new waitress that since we were closed out we would have to pay! Next time, I think we are going to go to a different place... they use to be good, but after this experiance I cant recommend them.

Upon first glance, the glitzy and semi-revolutionary ambience has you with its gaze, but upon further inspection, the establishment is lacking the only necessity; good lanes. My friend and I walked in to a wait of 5-15 minutes, no problem. We waited in the lounge area as our lanes were cleared for play , only to find the lanes untreated and seemingly never oiled? As an avid bowler, these lanes are in terrible condition. No oil whatsoever.. looks as though the staff hired to correct such were lacking, too. The price you pay is for strictly for aesthetics, possibly to get the owner out of the debt he found himself in opening this lack-luster establishment.

The new renovation is beautiful. Great looking bowling ally and the food is delicious, but the prices are outrageous. They also dont take the national Brunswick Zone coupons which is disappointing considering how expensive it is. My family- 2 adults and 2 kids bowled 1 hour game. It cost $51 for the lane and shoes. Thats a lot. They need to change the $ sign under the information for this place to a $$$$. If you going know that its gonna cost you.

We loved going to this bowling ally. We lived right down the road for about a year and when they finished renovating we could not believe how nice it was! One down side... If you do not want to drink or eat you still have a server and they give you your bowling "tab" do they expect us to tip them of the fact that we bowled for $25? I dont really like the way they have that set up. It makes you feel obligated to pay someone for literally doing nothing.

Great experience! extremely nice, polite, and very organized. Oh, and CLEAN! havent been bowling in awhile and was amazed at the new process of being logged in as if you were being seated at a restaurant. nice. We had a pizza which was fine and the draft beer was right on spot. Although the Friday night price for a lane is very steep, I had a coupon for $20 so that helped. I loved it and will go again....keep your eyes open for coupons!

I had a surprise birthday there and it was great. The people were nice. When I got there they had a food area for me. The food was delicious. I was not expecting that and a bowling alley. The place was very clean. I remember that most bowling I have been to were dirty but not this one. I had a great time. Thank you

My wife and I went on a Sunday afternoon and didnt have to wait for a lane. I found the prices were a little high, four dollars for shoes and four dollars a lane person. The staff were right on and nice. Would recommend, but didnt like paying twenty dollars for a pitcher of beer.

Very overpriced. Drinks are terrible. Food greasy and overpriced. It is a clean facility and modern (from the previous owner Brunswick). The staff is lackluster and doesnt care. The arcade is overpriced and impossible for a kid to win anything. Save your money and go to D&B.

My bowling experience was ok until I order some food. Just like there bowling prices with shoes the food was pricey. The food was low quality. I ordered chicken tenders and it was overly seasoned with salt. Not only that their food had given me food poisoning. NEVER AGAIN!!

The computer system glitches ALOT and continued to require reset. Very frustrating to hit Service button and wait 5+ minutes for responses. They did comp one game but our bill for 1 hour was over $100. The menu is overpriced but has good selection of beers.

Great service and fun bowling experience! Our server, Christina, was chipper and prompt. Our major complaint about Brunswick was the awful, dull, uncaring service. It seems as though Bowlero is ironing out this kink. Well be back weekly from now on!

Very fancy bowling experience with TVs and amenities everywhere. The food wont win any Michelin stars, but is far better than any bowling alley fare should be. Of course this all comes at a price, so look into daily specials to keep prices down.

They dont answer their phone or call me back. Its time to get employees who want to work and bring new customers to the business. I called 6 times and got ignored every time and left a messages. Will not try and go back here. Get a new staff!!

Newly renovated and beautiful. Sitting here with family right now. Nice bar, restaurant, huge TVs above the lanes. Text message system for waiting instead of clunky pagers. Definitely the nicest bowling alley Ive ever been to.

Nice place but too pricey for a family of four since the kids are regular priced as well as our shoe cost the same. $55 dollars since its PER PERSON A GAME which we bowled just TWO GAMES. never again
