Absolutely my favorite place in Lawrenceville! Ive been a season ticket holder since they opened here and let me tell you it is well worth it! Love love love live theater and love it even more when it is in my own back yard! The mainstage shows are AMAZING...Les Miz, Mary Poppins, Memphis, In the heights, Bridges of Madison County, Lark Eden, have all been favorites of mine BUT myself and my 3 friends look forward every year to the Christmas Canteen because once we see this show it puts us in the Christmas spirit! Of course, it wouldnt be Christmas for me without seeing Anthony in his one man show of the Christmas Carol! The comedy shows and the shows for children are fabulous too! Check it out you wont be disappointed!!!

What a great way to catch love shoes right in Gwinnett. My daughter attended Aurora for summer camp acting classes and she liked it so much that shes enrolled in Fall classes. During the Summer, the group managed to put together a full production of The Wiz. It was impressive. The theater is nice and cozy and ticket prices arent super high. They also have a lot of variety as sometimes they have comedy shows and themed events.

I have never been disappointed with any performance at this theater. In The Heights took me on a thrilling ride to Broadway. If I never see Hamilton, I can say its author created a little bit of magic in the same vein, and gave me a taste of a special place where special people share a deeply emotional and cultural bond. Kudos, Aurora! I thrive because of you!

We went to see the Christmas Canteen for our first time. It was nothing whatsoever like what we had expected - we were completely blown away by it, from start to finish. Funny, entertaining, touching - name it, and it was, all that and more. Great little theater, excellent performers, an all around outstanding experience.

Intimate theatrical spaces, exceptional production values, wonderful staff, and a comfortable environment for the audience to enjoy the wide variety of shows that the bring forth year after year. Season tickets to the Aurora are, hands down, the best entertainment value in Gwinnett, if not all of metro Atlanta.

Best live theatre in the area. The auditorium is small and the productions are hugh! We just saw the opening play for the new season - The Hunchback of Notre Dame. It was spectacular. Great music, intriguing set design and the performances were outstanding. Great arts live in Lawrenceville GA.

We have been season patrons here for four seasons so far and see no reason why that would change. In all that time there have been few shows on schedule that we were not interested in or disappointed with. Only complaint is the seating really needs to be so much better!

Im not going to say that Im in love with every play or performance that Ive seen here. However, the staff is always friendly, the performers are all very talented. It is a grade A theatre with a small town feel. This is a must visit venue.

Very good live theatre productions, but the management has started pursuing a very specific social and political agenda. I understand their desire to create socially relevant theatre, but I dont want to be beaten over the head with it.

Awesome --we loved our night out there-after the show the star jaclyn hofmann came out and mingled with the guest and even gave me a hug--loved her--inspired my wife to buy the season tickets--our best night out in years--thanks aurora

Amazing acting; I saw the production of "In the Heights", and I honestly preferred the characters in this production over the actual characters by Lin-Manuel Miranda in the studio soundtrack. Drinks were a bit pricey though.
