We frequently attend events at this venue and overall have a pleasant experience. Recently, we had a unpleasant situation with their contracted security staff at an LFL football game. They use CSC events security, which most people know, generally doesnt provide great public relations with attendees at most venues they are contracted for. We had "Fast Pass" , which gave anyone holding one, front of the line access for the after game Meet n Greet with the Atlanta Steam. When everyone approached the security staff for access, they told us there is no such thing and to go to the end of the line like everyone else. I approached another, I asked for a supervisor, and he finally found one, but again was told if we didnt get to the back of the line, they would have the police remove us. We appreciate the gentleman for doing his best to help us but the 2 female security staff had a very bad demeanor and really need some coaching on how to handle customer needs. It was totally uncalled for to present involving the police when no one was causing her a problem, but asking for help to resolve the issue. I went to seek out a team representative for help and when she explained the "Fast Pass", another gentleman we think may have been CSC on site manager or management from the venue(white shirt and tie) approached and agreed with the team representative. From there, things went well. All this said, Infinite Energy Arena, needs to coach their contracted personnel with customer service skills. Thank you to the CSC gentleman that helped us to get a supervisor, but the 2 females blocking off the area at the front of the line need some training in public relations. We all understand that they encounter a lot of issues at events, but understanding their maybe a PR issue and needing a supervisor to help should have been there next step and not threatening to get the police involved. All in all, this is a great place for events and would give it a 5, and considered a 3 due to the recent issue, so I give it a 4. Oh, beware that they have typical highly expensive food and beverage. I hope that management from the Arena and CSC reviews this and make steps to prevent future issues for other events.

Not a bad place for its basic purpose, but the ticketing and customer service can be a joke sometimes. Several instances where the system has been down and also the box office workers just dont seem like they give a damn. I frequent gladiators games, and its a rare occurrence when I get decent customer service. And todays "backup plan" for their system being down was taking my flexpass vouchers (worth a nice chunk of cash) and exchanging handwritten information on loose printer paper for when the system goes online. The clerk was not bashful about how happy he was to get off in a few minutes, and when I asked for some kind of confirmation that my vouchers were taken, like maybe a backup receipt form (like MANY stores have in case of systems going down), and instead got a smart a$$ reply of "yes I have your vouchers". I took my vouchers back. Im not giving someone something as good as cash in hopes of getting a phone call later. Unbelievable.

Went to see Kendrick Lamar and cant say enough about the experience. The concert was GREAT, but the venue was pretty awesome too. The line to get it was managed to perfection, I didnt have to wait an hour to get in like I have at other venues. Seating was adequate and comfortable, and nicely spaced. The climate control was great, very comfortable, not a sauna or an ice box. There were many options for food and drink and the sound and visibility from my seat were great. The security was also on point once Kendrick was about to take the stage (they lost control while the opening act, Travis Scott was performing but regained control thereafter). Had a great experience and would go back again. The one thing that looked a little crazy was the parking lot. I took an Uber so I didnt have to deal with it, but it looked very unorganized and difficult to manage. Other than that, I had a great time!

This is a nice arena in the far Northeast of the Atlanta metro. We attended the Green Day concert here and found the venue to be friendly and there was a great variety of concessions for unique beers, wines, cocktails and food. There were few lines even at a sold-out concert. The ISSUE we had is that parking and traffic flow are a problem. We ordered an Uber as did many other in attendance. However, the police inexplicably kept all arriving vehicles at a great distance and gave no instruction on where to go. Our Uber driver said it was chaos. The police should ENCOURAGE people to take Uber after drinking at a concert, but instead they made it very hard for Uber or Lift drivers to get near the building. We had to walk a long way to a restaurant to meet our driver. The venue, lot managers, traffic team, and police should re-think how to make pick-ups safe, easy and workable here.

Went to the concert this venue held last night. The artist performing was great. Concession lines were quick an painless. The Security ruined the entire show. I understand about crowd control and getting people into the proper seats. But when one of your security guards deliberately starts grabbing people by the neck and launching them back, thats a problem. The security guard threw about 3 or 4 people into the crowd in attempt clear the walk ways. It only created confrontation. By the time he reached the 5th person a brawl had issued and a riot like atmosphere was sparked. If your going to remove somebody do that but dont start fights with your paying customers. I will be filing a formal complaint.

Came for last showing of Ringling bros circus... Which was beyond amazing... Really put in a lot of effort into the show... As for the arena, free parking was nice, but you get what you pay for... Took over 30 minutes to get out of the parking lot after the show... Not good, or even acceptable for that matter when youre paying 200 for 2 people plus accouterments... However, aside from parking, it was an excellent experience (hard to get to seats though, they are too close like cheap movie theater seats), but those two inconveniences didnt ruin the experience. Overall: very enjoyable time, and will return for Disney on Ice soon!

I do not understand sitting at a stand still in my vehicle for over an hour upon exiting the Carrie Underwood concert. We arrived an hour early and were directed to park near the Parking Deck. When we exited the Toby Mac concert in December, we were out of the parking lot directly in front of the Arena within 15 minutes. I also thought I was procuring tickets closer to the stage area . . . Is there a seating chart that adequately identifies the location of the specific rows?? I paid wayyy tooo much money for 4 seats to be on Row "Y" and be at the top of the section #105 . . . wont happen again!

Very nice venue for concerts and shows . They do a good job and very efficient to get people in and out . My biggest complain is that they are trying to make money by offering wifi . I have been to many big venues like this and wifi is free . As a matter of fact I was 2 weeks ago in Charlotte NC for a concert at PNC music pavilion . They offered free and crazy fast internet . So please infinite energy , dont try to nickel and dime everything . I bet if you would charge 50 cents extra a ticket and offer free internet , you will make more money than trying to charge for it
