My first day someone stole 100$ out of my gym bag. Nothing anyone could do but file a claim-no one ever contacted me back. 2nd week the pool was closed for over a week. The pool was the reason why we got a membership. Today I tried to move a payment because a family emergency happened and the front desk girl said she was going to transfer me to Pam who could "deal with it". Needless to say Pams voicemail did nothing

I gave Mary at the front desk a hard time about their day pass policy and she handled it gracefully. I still think its strange to ask for ID and only offer one day a year free, rather than to have a day pass you can pay for without the Y keeping a copy of your Drivers license.

Its okay. They should really go by their hours of operation, the outside pools are not always open because lack of staff. Thats not my problem when I pay my monthly fee. This will be my last month.
