I saw a show posted on the venue. Since this is a school, I assumed that it was a play, so I bought tickets for myself, and my almost theatre-major daughter. She found out that it was not a show, but merely a movie showing. I requested a refund (for the aforementioned reason), and they refused, saying that it says "no refunds or exchanges" on the web site. I perused the web site, pretended to buy more tickets, and even searched those keywords in the search bar. It doesnt say ANYWHERE that there are no refunds or exchanges. I was potentially a long-term patron, but unfortunately, will not be.....

this place gets my creativity going every time i enter. i attend mainly when creative mornings has an event. the staff is friendly and inviting. it is conveniently located in midtown.
