Social Services here is completely retarded. They literally call you in and tell you to call them on the phone. So your literally sitting in their office trying to get them on the phone and they wont pick up. They have two terminals in their lobby that I suspect are there to apply for help but they insist you must have a appointment just to apply, but then they refuse to pick up or call you back for a appointment. So I suspect if someone is really stupid and lazy this is a excellent way to lighten your work load by refusing to allow people to apply for help. Then after I lose my apartment and become homeless I call to see if they would then help and the receptionist actually starts giggling and becomes giddy telling me now they do not help homeless people. These are truly insensitive sub human soulless government bureaucrats that staff this office.

So far the experience is very bad! Today i have literally been calling 2 hours non stop to try to talk to someone.. Earlier in the week after about an hour of calling was told I cant do walk in... They couldnt make an appointment that day.. To call back tomarrow.....well... Calling back.... Cant get a hold of anyone... There ia no "on hold system" to get service in order of call.... You just have to keep calling back...
