Two Major Accidents in 10 Minutes, and Serious Injuries due to the Workers Negligence We took a group of employees there as a "Team Outing", We brought roughly 20 to have fun, or so we thought. The first race consisted of one of our employees hitting the guard rail in what the employees called a "High Impact Spot". His cart hit the rail, the rail then lifted up and his cart went under. He sustained major cuts and abrasions to his left arm. The Cart had to be pulled out from under the rail by another cart and rope with a running start. They then told us they "Fixed" the issue and started the next group of employees on the track. On the 2nd lap of the next race, the same spot was hit yet again. This time the railing lifted up, one car went under the rail and crashed into the steal I beam that hold up the roof. A second car went under the rail and was pinned down by the railing and a metal brace. The First car with a female driver, was completely knocked unconscious while the second car drivers leg was pinned and stuck. The driver had to pull his leg out from under the rail and metal bars, causing serious damage to his lower leg. The Female driver laid on the ground dizzy and incoherent for roughly 15-20 minutes from the trauma she received. The second she was able top stand, With help from 2 others mind you, the employees insisted she "Get off the track so we can get cleaned up and start the next race". One of the employees , Nick, Was completely honest and told us the Brace that has a bolt that holds down the rail, has been broken for a little while and it was reported to management yet management told him they couldnt close the track because they didnt want to lose money. They had already had one or two other accidents like that prior in the day. They spent roughly an hour getting the carts unstuck and had to bring out both a Tiger saw, and a skill saw to cut at the railing and cart itself. They refused to provide us an incident report, and said we signed a waiver and we needed to leave asap. This accident happened because of negligence on the part of the business and not the driver. We had 2 seriously injured people, and one with cuts and scrapes all down his side from the first wreck, and when the employees called Marcus the Manager, we were told that we needed to leave the property or they would call the police to trespass us, Which they did call, and the police felt for our situation and thought the business was at fault for negligence as well. Attached is a photo of them trying to get the carts unstuck, that shows the rail was never bolted down or safe to begin with.

It would be the most fun place to die, or to watch your kid die. The people working their are not their to get crazy old men to stop ramming into 10 year olds. They are their to pull karts off of the top of other karts when crazy old men feel like ramming little kids and it goes wrong. They pry little girls out of mangled go karts. After old men hit them going full speed on purpose becuase the kid is not going fast enough for them. Not one time did I here or see any employee tell anyone to stop ramming people full speed. Or say anything that could have made it safer. This place is literally one of the most dangerous places I have ever experienced. Two serious crashes happened in the span of 5 mins. The worst one. A grown man hit a little girl so hard that the kart jumped on top of her kart bent the head protection(steel bars)down onto her head pinning her head down and stuck in the kart. There was a bunch of guys trying to get this traumatized crying little girl out. It was exactly like a real car accident. Except it was not an accident. The guy did it on purpose and didnt even give crap about it. They didnt tell the guy to leave or calm down or anything. Safety and fun is not what u get here. I would literally take my 10 and 15 year old boys bungy jumping before I went back to this place. I am completely serious when I say bungy jumping is safer then driving a go kart at this place. When I told the guy in glasses, that seemed to be in charge of the floor. What was going on. He told me I shold come when its not so crowded. Instead of worring about making every penny that you can. You could worry about the little kids getting hurt and traumatized. If its to many people coming for you to keep order and safety. Hire a few more people for the crowded days. Way to much money to pay for whiplash or to watch a kid get killed. If you are into cutting yourself or planning a suicide. This is the place for you.

This has gone from a 5 Starts about a year ago to now having 2 stars..... Here is why.... Their go kart have seen better days..... Majority of their go karts are not smooth and they are extremely bounce when you are on the throttle.... I have taken my radar gun to see what the top end speed is, since they advertising 50 mph..... The speed is no where near that top speed of 50 mph... I got one car at 27 mph.... However the employees say the radar is wrong, and the stand by them doing 50 mph.... The radar is correct..... It is correct just over 1/2 mile away up to 300 mph...These karts are not as advertise..... So now we can talk about the maintenance issues of these karts???? The last few times we have been here in each of our races there has been 1-3 karts breaking down.... Not just in our races but every race we watched.... So Dont expect a clear 14 laps without issues it will not happen.... Just expect breakdowns and long stoppage times to replace some of their karts.... Also you PAY for X amount of laps..... You get mixed in with different skilled level drivers.... So many of the do not get their X laps because they get lapped..... But they paid for X amount of laps.... I feel bad for these people..... Hint........ Go with a group of 10 people so you have the track to yourself..... Try to have all the people in the same skill set or at least in the same mindset.... You will have a much better time than when random people are just racing with you.... The staff has improved from our last visit... Still thinking of opening up my own Go Kart indoor facility.... Just because this can truly be a fun thing to do on a rainy day... I will never down score for the long wait time because that is expected when you have a large amount of people wanting to race....

I went to this location in Tampa on August 8th around 7PM. I would like to start off by saying that the location is pretty nice and clean, the air conditioned entrance has a pool table and plenty of seating, but the employees were indifferent to say the least; it was clear their main priority was not the customers experience. I went with a friend and after completing the form our racing license, we paid for one race each, and were directed to go into the racing area. When we entered it was somewhat crowded and unorganized, it was unclear where we were supposed to go, we were directed to go three different places by three different employees. Even with the confusion we managed to pay, pick our helmets and start our race in about 10 minutes, which isnt bad for how busy they were. Here is why I most likely wont be returning: the karts are electric, and the power is managed (poorly) by the employees. More than half of the laps we ran, all karts were stopped for 30-45+ seconds to talk to someone who crashed and lap times were ruined. Power would be plentiful around technical turns while the power is reduced on straighter lines of the track as well as karts (I noticed other racers having similar problems on the track as well as speaking about it afterwards) losing power randomly and having all of your friends race past you as the track boy just makes some hand gestures at you until your kart works again. Maybe I just have high standards, but that being said, my friend I went with who had never raced karts before thoroughly enjoyed herself, so they get three stars.
