Its okay. Been here once and wasnt overly impressed. The bartender rubbed my boyfriends arm and he HATES when people he doesnt know get too close/touch him. He wasnt too pleased with that. She told him to tell her what beer he likes so she doesnt have to pour 6 different samples and she can just pour what she wants to. Being from Tampa, any other brewery doesnt mind pouring more than two samples (which is how many he got) and will tell you descriptions of different beers they recommend. I guess if youve never been to an actual brewery before youd like this. The outside smells glorious and has a beautiful set up.

Even though "brewery" is a bit of a misnomer, they dont brew any beer anymore, we thoroughly enjoyed the place. The beer selection was very good, with a large variety of craft beers, and the cider selection was much better than is normal, for the non-beer fans. The bartenders were all very friendly, and very knowledgeable about the beers they were recommending and serving. The BBQ lunch buffet was also very good, all of the sides were house-made, and the meat smoked out on the patio. Would highly recommend to anyone who is a beer fan, and wants to try something new.

They have a great lunchtime buffet. I was exploring Ybor City after a class at HCC, and found this place to be the nicest patio seating I have found for a bar, ever. If I lived closer and had money enough to drink out, Id be there at least once a week. The BBQ lunch buffet has several meats and all the sides, and they price very reasonably by weight. The bar has a huge amount of character, and as a prior pub owner, Im extremely jealous of the patio seating area. If you find yourself in or driving past Ybor on your lunch break, I recommend checking them out.

Went there for a show, one of the bartenders was really nice, and helped me pick out a beer. Feeling confident, when I needed another beer, I asked the other bartender (female, heavily tattooed), to pick me a beer. "I dont have time to sit here and pick you a beer" she said with a nasty tone, "pick something from the list.". Look, I get it, Im a bartender, Ive been busy and swamped.. But her attitude is just flat out inexcusable. Pick. Any. Beer. Not hard. No need for an attitude. Had it not been for the other bartender I would have tipped zero.

I am part of a Great Dane social group that decided to check out New World since they are "dog-friendly". Prior to entering the restaurant we asked if we could bring in well-behaved dogs. The gentleman at the door approved. Once in the restaurant we starting putting 3 table together and getting our pups settled. Immediately we were asked to leave. It was too busy for Great Danes he says. Too busy, but you can put together 3 tables?!? Not very dog friendly what-so-ever! If you are looking for good service you wont find it here.

Wife and found this based on the recommendation from a niece. Place was AWESOME! We went on a cool (for FL) Thursday afternoon for lunch and drinks. Had a great couple beers from Coppertail Brewing, plus their signature smokey wings and goat cheese/artichoke dip. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Also, Jen (or Jan) was a great server. Friendly and didnt take any BS (I dont call that bad service, I call it personality)......also, they have a BBQ buffet for lunch. We didnt do that, but everyone else there was eating that.

Great to see the craft ales pouring in Tampa. We had dinner at Tampa bay Brewing company and went here two nights in a row. Beers were less than i would pay in Chicago for the most part, and I found most of the staff and patrons to be pretty cool. I even met a few folks the first night and partied down all night with them. The next night a friend and i closed the place down playing the free jukebox and fooseball. The only downside was I felt that the cover was too high. Great place, hope to be back!

Amazing local bar that was doing great craft beer long before it became a thing. Best jukebox in Tampa, chill decor, great beer selection, and awesome people. The real addition is their BBQ. Reasonably priced buffet ($7.50 /lb) features delicious BBQ favorites: pork and sausage is smoked on site, sides are all winners, and sauces are delicious (I always appreciate it when I can get a good gold BBQ sauce). Highly, highly recommend this spot for a lunch, a concert, or a few beers!

I enjoyed this bar, the female blonde bartender knew her stuff when I wasnt sure what I wanted. I have my favorites, but when I have chance to try something new and local to the area. Itll bring a smile to any beer drinkers face. I tried the Florida Dive IPA, it was hoppy and smooth going down. Kinda disappointed they didnt have darts though. That wouldve definitely kept me there longer. However the relaxed vibe and good music made me feel comfortable and wanting to come back.

My friend and I went in ad we were not greeted. We had no idea what to do. We waited for a host and no one cared that we were there. The bartender was in friendly and seemed like he was not interested being there. The girl..supposed host or waitress was clueless and rude!!!! The service was horibble !!! I will never return or recommend this place. It is unfortunate because the food smelled good and inviting. The place seems unorganized and lacks a welcoming vibe..

So Im new in town and am always on the lookout for good local spots. I was hungry so I parked in a public lot in Ybor and started walking. Didnt take long to pickup the smell of bbq. A few blocks later I found myself at this exceptional location. Upon entry I knew I found the right place, a bbq lunch buffet AND a massive selection of craft beer! Pair that with awesome service from great people, thanks Jen, this is a place you shouldnt pass up. I shall return!

I hate to do this but Im an Ybor City local and I have had 3 bad experiences with the service at New World (Once when I came with a bicycle pub crawl, second was by myself, and the third was with a group of us an hour before close). Usually its been the same woman who has this attitude like shes pissed off people are there at the bar. Anyways, the atmosphere is awesome. The beer is great and so is the food. I wish they would get the service figured out.

Went to see a show here last night. Cool atmosphere, great selection of beer. However I ended up leaving with bad taste in my mouth after one of the bartenders approached me, claiming I didnt leave a tip. I guess he didnt see the $8 I left after my first 2 beers or the $4 I left after my 4th. Shout outs to the girl I drunkenly gave even more money to because I felt bad.

Awesome pizza (coming from a guy who lives a quick trip away from NYC) and one of the best taps I have seen. Beer selection was perfect for the weather (lots of sours, wheat beers, sessions, etc.) Chris was a cool guy behind the bar and talked to me about jiu-jitsu when he saw my shirt and even invited me to Ybor City Jiu-Jitsu Clubs open mat. I would defiantly go back!
