Had a wonderful time. Open 10 to 9. Got to the park at 9 (on accident) and waited about 25 minutes then staff opened the gates for parking. We got our tickets at AAA and were told to go to the selfserve kiosks. The kiosks werent working, but an employee came over quickly and told us that we can just go through the gates. The lines for the gates and security were crowed, but moved well. Once inside the gate, we needed to get our all day dining pass that we purchased. There a well labeled signs that say were you can get the passes. I HIGHLY recommend buying an all day dinning pass. Unlimited drinks all day long and food once an hour for $11 extra. The catch is that it is for certain places to eat, but there is still a great variety. There was a LARGE variety of animals who were just fascinating. A tiger was very photogenic. There are many cool shops with items that were reasonably priced; not crazy expensive. Perfect combination of a zoo and roller coasters. Lots of places with seating and shade too. Ticket prices are reasonable for what you experience.

Christmas Town is nice but make sure to go waaaay before Christmas. Was there on Thursday night before Christmas and ALL the parking lots were full. They were parking people at the Adventure Island parking lot. Took 25 mins to get a tram in to the place (could have walked there and back from the main parking lot). Still a good experience but just so very crowded.

Went for New Years festivities... cold night for FL, but worth the visit. Only downer was that many rides were crowded due to the holiday and a few shut down early (sky tram and a couple of shows were sold out early as well).

Easy getting through for the most part the employees know how to keep things running smoothly. The people in line on the other hand have no idea half the time how to use a line or get in big bunches right past the gate.

Was MY FAMILYS favorite home away from home. Our neighbor worked there as elephant trainer and we lived close by.

The place is nice but the attendants are not well trained and the service is poorly customer oriented.
