I have done a lot of reviews on TripAdvisor, and this is one of the top three worst experiences Ive had with a company. Through a Groupon, I made a reservation for a Manatee tour on March 15th, 2016, at 1:00pm. I booked this several days in advance. I gave an e-mail address to contact us in advance in case there is an issue or cancellation. This is not unusual for International tourists, who do not have phone plans when visiting other countries. On March 15th, there was not message from Nature Coast to indicate there was an issue. We left for for this tour from Clearwater by 10:30am, which was about an 1.5+ drive. We arrive at the dock as instructed, and waited with another group of six. When the boat arrived, the captain informed us that he could not take us as they were taking the group of six instead. I spoke with Rose, using the captains phone, and she re-iterated the same message. The group of six took priority over the two of us, even though we booked it before them. Dirty! On top of this, Rose relied on the excuse that we did not provide a phone number to contact us. She claimed to have sent us an e-mail, but there was no e-mail before we left that morning, and there was certainly no e-mail after we got back. Nothing in our inbox, or junk folder. Rose, please forward the proof that you sent this e-mail to us. Once I receive this, I will be more than happy to modify this review. Anyways, dont take your chances with this company. There many better options to choose from. We ended up finding another company, Dayjammer Cruises, that was able to take us right away. Jeff Beelers open concept boat was luxurious, plush and private compared to Nature Coasts cramped, dingy, crowded indoor boat.

There were four of us on Yabba Dabba Too, today, and we had the absolute best time. The captain of our boat was efficient, and very knowledgable about the water, as well as about the Manatees. He explained everything and we watched an informational movie on the dos and donts that was valuable to remember. I do have to say that the water was cold, well, cold for me, and I was so glad to have the wet suit on as it made a huge difference as I personally spent a lot of time in the water with the Manatees. We were out there much longer than the other tours that I saw and it made me realize how great a business Nature Coast Manatee Tours were. We know we started off the New Year perfectly with this adventure. Thank you.

Booked a tour through Groupon and they cancelled due to a medical emergency literally two hours before the tour. They offered us no recompense at all besides rescheduling, but we are from way out of state and couldnt take any of the later dates they offered. Now Groupon wont give me my money back and Im out $100+ thanks to them. Have a backup plan in case something happens to your captain and take care of your customers and make it right if you cant deliver, its not that hard. Dont book with these people unless you want to roll the dice that your tour will happen!

We just got off the boat, and loved it! If you want a luxury yacht , then this isnt for you! But Travis our boat captain was the absolute bomb as far as entertainment and helping us have the best manatee experience he could! We had more fun in that environment with a guy who would try anything to make you happy. So no its not a yacht but it had a A toilet which the pontoon boats did not have! Thank you Travis for a great day

Boat was extremely dirty. It was just plain nasty. Life jackets in a wet box falling apart. Stuff fell off the counters. Just filthy! Then, the worst part....I had a 2nd reservation that I needed to cancel and they would never respond to my emails and phone calls. I ended up having to dispute with the credit card company to get my payment back. Stay away...there are others that are much much better.
