This pool is great! Ive been here with large groups several times. Ive mostly gone with younger children (around ages 7-9) and they loved it. I was a little hesitant to take a group of middle schoolers, but they had a blast too! They have a lot of different things that were great for a lot of different ages. The big pool outside has "beach access" entrance (it gradually declines) with a bunch of small water features that younger kids really enjoy. There is a big waterslide and lazy river connected to that pool. There is a lap pool outside, which half was set up for rec swim with floaties and a basketball hoop. There are two lap pools inside that are actually connected (theres a middle divider between them). One is deeper and was set up with 2 diving board (one higher), rock walls, a zipline (they told us that was open on the weekends), and a rope swing (which Im assuming is also open on the weekends). Both pools had some lanes open for lap swimming and some lanes open for rec swim. We waited in line for a few minutes before rec swim or open swim time. A man came out to talk to everyone (Im guessing the manager?). He thanked us for our patience and for coming to the pool and reminded everyone to sunscreen and drink water. He let people know that they had sunscreen available if we forgot and that there was a snack bar with a few things to help with hydration (besides the water fountains).

Once at the outdoor otter beach, a great time. However, the quality of the customer service at the front desk was horrendous. We got there at 10:30 on a Saturday. The girl asked if we were going to the lessons. No, to the outdoor area. She replied it opened at 11:30. We told her we were confused because we had called a couple days earlier and were told OAC opened at 10:30. Okay, then we will just stay in the indoor pool until outdoors opened. She said no p9ols were open for us, they were just opened for lessons until 11:30 and started scolding us for not knowing this. So we said, fine, we will come back. We come back at 11:24 and are greeted by another girl with a, "whats up." She tells us we cant pay to get in for 6 minutes (that is how I know it was 11:24). So we wait around and then have to wait in line behind at least 8 others who walked in right at 11:30. Come on.

Its a great place to take kids however I wish the staff would get on the same page about rates, rules etc. Ive been told by 3 different staff different ages of how old a child needs to be to be in the water themselves. Ive also been charged different rates when going to watch my child partake in a swim lesson. Ive even been told no one can give my child swim lessons unless they are an employee. If we are all paying, what is the issue? Also, when they have "toddler time," why do they shut 1/2 of the kiddie pool down for disabled adults to use? It made it dangerous due to the amount of toddlers crammed in and not so fun. Wouldnt it be more appropriate to change toddler time to a time when its only toddlers? Anyways there are a couple staff that could use a refresher on what good customer service is. The positive is the outdoors area is tons of fun.

Prices are reasonable. The kids had a great time in the river pool and on the slide. Olympic size inside pool was impressive but be aware there is a divider in the middle of the pool There was more shade than at Amazon pool but is not nearly enough grassy areas. The bleachers were more of hindrance that help. They need to be on wheels and movable so the what grass is there is usable. No snack bar was a surprise and lastly the zipline was broken. Information such as that should be posted on the website. The zipline is reason we drove up from Eugene to go to Osborn. The online pictures make the outside look much bigger than it really is. All-in-all, I will take the kids back there, but I will make sure the Zipline is working, first.

I have been swimming there 5 days a week for the last four months because of a leg injury. The staff have been unfailingly helpful and pleasant, the private swim lessons were excellent, and the facility is clean and well-maintained despite the large volume of traffic. I have watched people of all ages and abilities using and enjoying the pools. Osborn probably serves the largest cross-section of the Citys population than any other public facility except the library. What a terrific resource at a very reasonable price!

We go here every summer for my daughters birthday. There is enough variety of things to do to make it great for a family or group of various ages to have a great time. It is clean, the life guards are actively watching over the people and the changing area is large. We love it and now go here instead of one of the pools in Eugene. The only things I would like to see is more bathroom stalls in the changing area and some concessions. We are always hungry after swimming.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. The showers, lockers, and pool are well maintained given the amount of traffic and use by the community. We are fortunate to live in a community with such a great pool. Particularly concerning kids: activities and lessons, equipment and design, and overall experience are exceptional. My family has been enjoying this pool for 25 years and it has improved over time.

I just took my 5.5 month old there for toddler time, for the first time. We had a lot of fun. The pool is a great temperature, and the facilities are clean. Everything is well-labeled, and the staff was very friendly. We will undoubtedly make this a weekly trip.

The hours are wrong and misleading. I drive 1 hour and wanted to swim with my kids and they were very upset and disappointed when they were not open like they said and we were not allowed to swim. It broke my kids heart and ruined our day. Never coming back!!

Only went here because my brother longed to swim. Within the first 10 minutes of being there, they whistle everybody out of the pool. There was some gross thing someone found, so thats gross. The zip line is okay.

Went here with my wife and son, it was so fun! They have a zipline from a high dive into the pool, a rockwall mounted over the pool, and an incredible outdoor kiddie pool.

Excellent for lap swimming in Corvallis almost every day of the week. I have a year-long membership and will renew as I train for Ironman triathlons.

Toddler Time is a great way to enjoy the water with your little ones! I love that they make this time available for the younger kids!

Always worth the trip. Never have had any trouble with the hours literally ever before. Kids love it, and maybe call ahead next time?
