Have been here yearly for gun show, and 2 professional tradeshows. Parking is okay, but the road access is horrible. Getting here from anywhere is hard. I live in S. Manatee Co. and there is no easy way here. All roads are crowded. Tradeshows are fun and spacious, and always have fun. The guy who gave 1 star gave everything but his dog 1 star, must be a tough customer.

It is called "Bradenton Area Convention Center". It is in Palmetto! If they are embarrassed to say what city they are in, then change the name back to "Manatee Civic Center"! Most of the parking is in the grass, which is bad in Florida, when it rains.

Nice convention center. Very clean and well maintained. Went here with my wife to attend the Florida Gun Show. Nice layout and didnt feel over crowded. Parking was free which was nice. Its $6 in Tampa.

Two Tickets To The Gun Show! The setup getting into the main area was a little tough, but once in and going, its easy to get around. Ill be eager to go back for any other type of convention.

Built in the late 1970s the civic center stays fairly busy offering a variety of events. Needs a hotel in close proximity to sustain long-term sustainability.

Fantastic setting with beautiful decor that appears simple to decorate. Came here for a masquerade and has a fantastic time. Food was great and hot as well
