One of the best parks in Orlando...unfortunately a lot of other parents know that, too. You wont find this as a quiet place to take your kid and relax. If youre a parent with a brain, youll be constantly eyeballing the other children and praying your kid wont go near them. If you have highly sociable kid(s), go to a place like the park off Holden, all the nice kids go there. At this park, they have the amenities, but the kids... My daughter probably went up to 20 kids before she found one that would actually acknowledge her existence. Also, note that you dont actually have to pay as an adult if you want to go into the splash pad. I paid as the sign said 1 dollar per entrant or some such, and the man said Are all three of you entering? and I said yes, and he asked for 3 dollars. Of course, upon entering, I noticed multiple other parents not wearing wristbands AND playing in the water with their children. I plan to point that out next time and either everyone pays, or Im not paying.

One of the better splash pads in the area as they have plenty of lounge chairs with large awnings for shade for parents to sit and watch while the kids play on the splash pad. The splash pad itself is pretty standard, similar to most splash pads in the area; its more than just a few fountains shooting out of the ground, which is nice, my son enjoyed it. Overall very nice, well maintained. I know there had been some cars that were broken into in the parking lot a while ago and the park itself does feel a little remote, but still seems pretty safe.

Brick House

Park is nice but has no security. Multiple cars broken into with purses stolen. No surveillance cameras on site. May be an inside job because no one seems to see anything but there are grounds workers on site. After they leave the park with purses they head over to the Walmart and Cvs to attempt to use the cards. Very unfortunate but park needs security cameras. Not safe. Stay away

The Initiator

while searching through nearby attraction, found this gem! Best part, is its FREE! (donate a $1 as annual fee) Super clean, facilities on site, lots for little kids to engage in. awesome splash pad and play ground. Covered with canopy tables and BBQ grills. Looking over a river. Im visiting from Philly and glad i found this spot, saved $$ and kids had a blast!

The splash pad at the park is great. It could use more seating but there is a good amount. One of the water toys has been broken for a long time and it would be nice to see it fixed but theres still plenty to do. The play ground areas leaves something to be desired for me because there isnt much for little kids. Weve always enjoyed the dog park area.

I used to love this park, until today when my car and several others were broken into in broad daylight!! I doubt we will ever go back. According to a review post I saw earlier today, its not the first time this has happened. They need cameras or someone to keep an eye on their parking lot. I can guarantee you that someone else already is.

Staff is great, park is beautiful and clean, my kids enjoy the park. The kids enjoy the water area for $1 per person, I like the rubber floor in the playground area and my daughters birthday party was a blast their. My son can wait to have his birthday party there. To rent a gazibo u have to reserve it and is $50 for the whole day.

Really nice park with police presence. Good fields for a sporting activity or picnic. Good maintenance staff who come around every so often picking up trash and looking to help anyone who needs it. Very cool water park for kids to play at as well as a playground, bike racks, and its located on a beautiful lake.

There are different activities that you could engage in. Playground material could be upgraded but the kids loved it. I believe the playground is for 11 and under. Bathroom was poorly ventilated, and smelly. The park does not exceed the expectation of this beautiful location. Will not be back

Im pretty pissed off. I rented a pavilion in the park since December because of the splash park and its now a week before my childs birthday party and they call me to tell me that the splash park is going to be closed.... Like seriously why wait last minute to call and inform me.

Great small local park. The splash park is great for kids to cool off. There is a dog park for Fido. There is a bike trail and sports fields for the active crowd. Lastly there are some Pokemon Go stops and ingress for for the connected crowd. Its not do small after all.

Great park for all dogs! could use a small pavilion for us people due to lack of shade and high heat during the summer. the kiddie splash park is awesome! not to mention the baseball and soccer fields. guaranteed to wear your kids out and your dogs too!

Visiting from Asheville, NC and stumbled on this park. Very nice park. My dog had a blast. Other owners were extremely nice. Only bad thing, came out to the parking lot and 2 owners had their cars broken into. Please be mindful when out there,

Love this park when it isnt packed. But, its always packed. I dont like my son playing with like 100 kids running around. Very easy for you to not be able to keep an eye on your child. Other than that it is gorgeous , and great for exercising.

The best park for the kids and parents around Orlando!! With 2 beach courts, a huge splash pad, barbecue area, restrooms and an awesome playground with a lake view. My kids are already asking me to bring them back here again tomorrow!

This community park is nice, landscape is beautiful. Nice place for the kids to play and the parents can enjoy the view. Maybe more coverage for the playground so the equipment isnt so hot in the Spring and Summer months.

There is something for everyone to do here. Bring your dogs to the park for a grand dog park. Bring your kids for the splash pad or playground. Walk the trails or play some volleyball. The lake is a beautiful view.

Well maintained with a nice playground, baseball, soccer fields, basketball, beach volleyball, dog parks for large and small dogs, and a cheap little water area (glorified sprinklers) for the tiny kids.

Big park, lots of room to play, water fountains, swimming pool, lounging chairs, pet playground, childrens playground, volleyball court, picnic shelters, grills, jogging track. Great for families.
