As a Naples resident, I usually bring my guests to your restaurant upon arrival from out of town. For the most part the meal for lunch or dinner has been acceptable (not fantastic) but I have come to realize that I am mostly paying for the view. Thats normally okay with me but, lately, I feel its necessary for you to know that the food quality and service has taken quite a bit of a nose dive ie; smiles, menu knowledge, meeting and greeting. Orders have been incorrectly prepared or missing key preparation detail. Will not be specific regarding names and detail however, just know that for the time being, I will start taking my guests down the road. Hope you are successful with implementing a better training program that should be displayed and expected for a couple enjoying a nice dinner together.

I am a local guest and an executive Chef on a 5th Avenue restaurant. I usually take my family for the breakfast buffet on Sundays and it is the second time the restaurant doesnt cover my expectations. The place is great, beautiful view but it took 10 minutes after I receive service, 10 more minutes to get a coffee and an orange juice , the server seen to be so stressed out, wasnt friendly at all and not attentive. I will go again to the restaurant because my wife loves the view but belive me it will be great if we get the service we expect.

We had a nice lunch in the restaurant and sat outside with a nice view of the ocean. The food was good but not top notch, too much dressing on the Caesar salad, and the turkey burger could have been much better. The cocktails were mixed nicely and tasted good. We later visited the gift shop in the hotel and found a few nice items of clothing for both men and women. They sell Tommy Bahama shirts and accessories among other nice selections. A hotel and restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful.

Good food. Service a little slow and waitresses are tired of the northerners so they are not real friendly. But its on the beach and worth it.
