After we got engaged i knew we had to go look at The Crystal ballroom. It was my dream place to get married at. The day we went to tour the place we automatically knew we had to do it there so we booked right then and there. We had our wedding on March 24, 2017 and it was AMAZING! Literally breath taking!! All of our friends and family were really impressed with the place. We all had so much fun. The staff were so fun and nice. As for Jessica I highly recommend her for the event coordinator! It ran so smoothly, she always made sure we were good and she was fun with it too. She is an amazing person she really knows what she is doing. I see her more than just a business person. I will forever recommend this place and Jessica to everyone. You will never be disappointed by them. I look forward to doing another event at The Crystal Ballroom in Casselberry. I love you guys!!! And THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING.

My daughter had her wedding at Crystal Ballroom, yes its very beautiful, but let me tell you about the owner run the ballroom, she not kind person, talk to us like we were stupid, and accused the assistant manager not doing their job, the same day of event the settings was not right, the owner claim never receive the setting but it was in her files, she said too us point out the person who you gave the paper they will be fired today,once we point the person she didnt want us to speak with her. The owner change the setting of event without notify us, I told her do we own any money, she said oh no everything was paid in full on time. I told her fix the setting we pick. People before you sign any paper, please make sure you get a copy everything. Once again assistant manager and the work are wonderful, the ballroom is beautiful, but the owner try to out smart you be careful.

I was at the crystal ballroom yesterday. It is a beautiful facility for any event - large ballrooms with gorgeous decorations and an array decorations to choose from so you could customize your experience. You walk into a lovely entryway and proceed to a ballroom with chandeliers and flowing draperies. It felt very intimate and yet extravagant. The owner, Tara, and all the staff were very accommodating, friendly and full of suggestions for me. I had absolutely no problems with the venue or the staff. I would definitely recommend this facility.

For the past two years it has been my pleasure and privilege to watch Lukasz and Tara Rogowski transform the Crystal ballroom into world class venue. Simple eloquence and sophistication, coupled with innate artistic ability take your dreams desires and hopes and transform them into reality. DOE coordinator Alberto is so upbeat and his every answer is yes and no problem he really was a pleasure to work with and does an excellent job getting to know you and what you want...... The best combination of elegance and value in Central Florida, I recommend this venue more than any other. Usually to get a value this good you have to sacrifice something, not here, give it a look, you wont regret it. I cater all over Central Florida and have been to numerous events here, they are always beautifully decorated, well staffed and well executed, lots of "WOW" factor here without taking up your whole event budget.

Ive never experienced a place so amazing! The staff is ready to go above and beyond for everyone who enters The Crystal Ballroom. Not to mention the design and decoration makes you feel like you just entered into a mansion that encompasses the feeling of home and glamour at the same time. The pricing is unbeatable and I wouldnt have my wedding or event at any other venue.

The venue was amazing, I was nervous about it due to the location, Casselberry not a really nice area to me, but I am so glad we decided on the Crystal Ballroom Casselberry. Only complaint is communication with them isnt as good as I would have liked and I had to rearrange a few things the day of the wedding but overall a great venue..... bartender is the BEST!!!!!

I had my wedding here it was beautiful. They got a couple of the details wrong but no one noticed but my husband and I at the end and it wasnt a big deal. The service was nice their staff took care of us.
