I have been to many sport wagering facilities in my time but this was definitely the worst I came to. The only reason why I came here than going other places was because I read about the history of the place. The facility was dirty and with not much to speak about in the way of food. I had friends with me and one of the other reasons why we came here was because the website listed 2 restaurants and it was dinner time when we showed up. When we got there that was the first thing we looked into. All I could find was snack bars on all 3 floors. When I asked someone working there about the restaurants they said there was only one on the bottom floor. Me and my friends went to the so called restaurant and was told that there was a $5 entry fee just to get into the place. There was no menu posted to see what food was offered and when I peeked in the window it didnt even have a restaurant atmosphere. We decided to just go with the snacks and eat somewhere else after wagering on the Kentucky Derby. I doubt Ill ever go back or refer other to go there and have the same experience me and my friends had.

Disgusting venue. Terrible customer service. Stood in line 25 minutes to get a drink, because no one had gotten ice for the bar. Was supposed to get a food item included with cost of admission. This consisted of a choice between a bowl of tin foil wrapped cheeseburgers or a bowl of tin foil wrapped hot dogs. Bartender literally asked me if the Jamieson and ginger ale were mixed together or if they needed to be in seperate cups. Poor lighting. Broken restrooms. Seats werent labeled so you had to search for them in the blackness. Employees unable to use point of sale systems. Fiance and i left after finishing our drinks. Did not stay for the show. Asked for refund based on terrible experience, it was not granted. If you do choose to visit , set your expectations very low. Will never attend an event here again, and will make sure everyone i know is aware of how awful it is.

The venue was great..staff and drink prices as well..however the wait to get into the place was not good If u bought tickets online..and have it already printed out..why would u have to wait in same line..in heat for over an hr ..with people who are waiting to buy tickets at the door? Come on..first impression is everything..and so simple of a fix..otherwise..had a great time.

I wouldnt say this is the best of venues...Doors opened late, the mixed seating (from couches to stadium seating to tables off to the left of the stage - right if youre looking at the stage) was a little weird, pretty old building...But the friendly staff and the amazing show was worth it!!

Hurry up and wait around for the event to start. Stand around and wait over a hour for the event to start packed like sardines in a can. So far very disappointed

An awesome venue for wrestling. This was a blast to attend over Wrestlemania wekend and I hope when it comes back to Orlando they can host more events here!

Pretty neat place. The event we went to had sound quality issues, but it was still very fun! Theres certainly more to it than meets the eye!

Nice facility. Staff seem few n far between in keeping common areas clean and sanitized. Structure is fairly modern and appealing.

Great venue for wrestling, but the concessions were terrible both in quality and length of time it takes to get food.

Pretty much the coolest game ever, it has a short season though so get to it while the getting is good.

Large area to hold events and promotions. Great people too. Love to see more events happening there.

Awesome. My wife and daughter enjoyed every minute of the fights. We would definitely come back .
