Date played: 3/5/16 Our experience at Celebration was fantastic. We were one of the first tee times, 7:00 AM on a Saturday morning. The starter was polite and helpful. As a nice bonus, there were several hot air balloons taking off nearby, making for an awesome backdrop on the first tee shot of the day. The course was in very good condition. Very green and lush. I would give the fairways an A and the greens a B. There were a couple greens with some rough spots under repair (10th green as I recall), but they did their best to keep the pins away from those areas. We saw the ranger multiple times, and he was keeping a slower group ahead of us moving as best he could. The layout is very fun. If I were to make a recommendation, it would be to have a set of tees somewhere between the silver tees and the gold tees. The silver tees were too short, and the gold might be just a bit too long for a large range of golfers. Something in the 6200-6300 range would be nice. Even so, the layout was very fun and challenging, without being too quirky. Golfers of all skill levels can enjoy this course. I did not get a chance to use the driving range, but it appeared well kept and even fun, with lots of target greens floating in a lake. There were multiple putting greens and short game areas as well. There was an attentive cart girl, and numerous comfort stations throughout the course. When we finished, there was a nice buzz of energy around the clubhouse and bar area, and the restaurant was pretty good. All in all, this course was a great time. I was happy, as I had convinced a group of friends to play there, and all of them were very happy.

By far the worst customer service/customer treatment Ive ever had at a golf course. Dec 30th had a tee time for 9:33am for 2. They were behind on the tee times by 30-40 min because of fog. I asked the marshal at the starting point if we could start on the back 9 since we were only playing 9 and there was about 4 groups of 4 in front of us to tee off. He said ya no problem and we went. We got to the 10th hole no one in front of us and no one behind us. We teed off and everything was great until the end of the first hole. A marshal came by and told us that the group behind us was disappointed that we were in front of them....I couldnt understand why. We were walking off the 10th hole green and they had just got to the tee. The marshal blasted us and told us to hurry up. The marshal ended up following us for about 5 holes. Hole 13 green was in terrible shape. We were about to tee off and course maintenance workers just show up and start throwing sand/soil all over the green. We ended up skipping that hole completely. We had to laugh off everything because it was such a nightmare. At the end of the round the employees loading the carts commented on how fast our round was lol...and if we had a good time. I told him every little detail and he offered us a rebate on my next round. We told him there will not be a next round. I wont even get started on the guy inside the pro shop with his jokes about Canadian people. We played 3 other courses and had no problems. Florida has tons of courses....try them out. Pass on this one.

I had a great experience at Celebration Golf Course today. From the bag drop, course overview w/starter, GPS accuracy, course conditions, greens-fast and true, cold towels given to us twice by Ranger, cart girl visits and then wrapping it up, I thought it was top notch. Look, this course is challenging with water everywhere and some "blind" tee shots here and there. If you have the ability to read a GPS and skill to perform accurate shots, this is the course for you. If you dont have control over your tee shots and hack/smack you way around most courses, stay away. Im looking forward to my next round at this place, thats for sure.

The course was in great shape. Greens were fine. Everyone was professional we talked with. Really a nice place to play. However the pace of play was bad. We were scheduled for 110pm and finally got off the #1 tee at 125pm. We waited on every shot. Got to the 1st par 3 on the front and had 3 foursomes waiting. A marshal was explaining they had some shot gun tourney that went off in the morning. Obviously course management. We finished in pitch dark with some light from the homes across 18. 5 hours 45 minutes. The course is 5 star. Pace of play 2. For this reason alone I will never be back.

I liked the course layout and the undulations around the course. Par 5s were really nice. The fairways were super wet...so if you ended up on far end of fairway (further from cart path) it was a long walk to the cart to get a club if you needed to swap clubs. The greens were so hard and full of white sand or fertilizer that they were unreadable. I landed several on the green on my approach and poof id see sand go up. Greens were like a rock and fastest i have ever played. I wouldnt play here again till they grow the greens.

The course is in great shape, the staff were friendly from the beginning to the end. I was expecting GPS on the carts and the range is a water range. If you dont like playing around houses then you may want to look elsewhere, then again the celebration is worth playing at least once. High handicap players bring some extra balls a few holes are narrow and the water hazards are in all the right places. I played in a scramble and we shot 8 under. I will return to see what I can shoot.

I really like this course. Its in a great area surrounded by beautiful homes. The staff was stuffy...its a Celebration thing; but, dont let that prevent you from enjoying one of my favorite courses in the central Florida region. Course conditions are always great, the layout is picturesque, and its close to all the attractions which make it great if you are on vacation.

Celebration Golf Course is an excellent facility from the fairways to the greens - even the rough, which I spent a lot of time navigating. The course is always in fantastic condition. The staff is friendly and helpful. I had friends visiting and I suggested Celebration because my experience at Celebration GC is always positive and enjoyable. I love it and they agreed!

The golf course was in really great shape . I was a little disappointed because it rain the night before and it was cartpath only. played from the gold tees, 6300 yards. we hit the ball pretty well. if youre looking for a really nice golf course I recommend this one. I want to go back and play it when I can ride the course.
