Great course and not terribly difficult. Long hitters can definitely put up good scores. Wide fairways and big greens. Greens always a good speed and in great shape. The grass is kept in fantastic condition; however, the bunkers are usually in bad shape (sometimes you cant even hit from them). The driving range is terrible, arguably the worst Ive ever seen. Beautiful cart girls, which is always a plus. 1st: easy par 5 2nd: easy downhill par 3 with water 3rd: great par 4, have to hit long iron or wood off tee, 100 yard shot in, tough green and trouble to right of green 4th: average difficulty par 3 with large bunkers. Huge green so even if you are on you have to concentrate to avoid a 3 putt 5th: big dog leg par 4. Good tee shot and it is 130 yard iron in, long and narrow green with big bunkers 6th: 200 yd par 3 with little trouble. Easy par hole and green is pretty easy 7th: Par 5, good birdie opportunity with a good second shot 8th: Down hill short par 4. Entices you to go for the green and easy to make with a straight shot. If you miss green you will likely get par; lay up and you should get birdie or par. 9th: Tough par 4. Elevated green and tough green. 10th: Long par 4 with out of bounds to the left. A 5 iron in has to be accurate. Big bunkers to right and left. 11th: Easy par 4. Hit it long off the tee and you have 75 yards in. 12th: 125 yard easy par 3 13th: Par 4 with out of bounds to the left. Bunkers to right and left of green. Not too tough if you hit a straight iron shot. 14th: Nice par 3 with bunkers all around green. Can get some tough pin placements. 15th: Short par 4 with 100 yard iron in. Big trouble if you go long on the elevated green. 16th: Great par 4 with trees to left, fairway bunkers on right and left. Not an easy green and iron shots always play longer 17th: Great downhill Par 5. Can make in 2 but you can turn a good drive into a tough par hole with a bad 2nd shot if you end up in bunkers or further right or left 18th: Par 4. Toughest hole and a lot of fun. Takes a big drive and guts to go for the green on 2nd shot.

Place to start off is dirty holes in the carpet on the stairs of clubhouse on the way in. What a way to make a first impression. Michael I agree the driving range is not worthy of this place I moved here from the Pittsburgh area recently and was told this is the place to play in my area for a nice round. Well it is a joke all they want here is to clean your pockets. Heres a tip to ownership WHY not put some of that money back into the place. Could be something special but they just seem to be like a landlord once you open the place or rent it never reinvest a penny. This place must be run by a SLUMLORD. Really honestly could be a nice place but not right now and I dont see it that way just because it is early spring it is stuff that has built up over several years now. I even heard the one from my playing partners that here you can just expect to not have sand in the bunkers. REALLY at a place that wants $70+ dollars for a round in high season what the... SLUMLORD open those pockets and get off your @$$ and get to work before it is known as the local joke. Not meant to be a bad review but a wake up call. Like I said could be really special it does have the nice views and all but come on fix the stupid stuff.

Probably one of the worst courses I have ever played. For what they charge I would expect pristine fairways and greens. Groundskeeper needs to find a new career. Bunkers are garbage, greens are diseased and rough is blotchy. If you want a good course worth the money on the east side play Madison Country Club or Painesville Country Club. I was embarrassed when my west side friends drove out to play here with me. Never again will I play at Little Mountain.

If I could give it a 2.5 I would. They are making improvements but its not #2 public course in Ohio. Sleepy Hollow blows this place out of the water solely with its architectural history. Conditioning of the turf was very good but Id still take Sleepy any day. Id like to come back in a few years once more trees are gone and bunker removal/improvements are finished. Less money to the CH and more to the course!

A Beautiful and unbelievable "public course". Only other public rival would be The Quarry. .and that is in Canton and more expensive. The Little Mountain Staff is excellent and I totally enjoyed how each hole presented its own unique challenge. Enjoy.

Beautiful course and slightly challenging. Needs more visible yard markers or GPS in the cart. Tough playing behind slow foursomes and also people whose skill level dont match this courses difficulty.

Challenging golf course. I played this course with a couple of friends. Course was well laid out and was pretty challenging.
