We read the reviews that said that manager was a jerk, but we thought, "Hey, how bad could it be. We check in and then we are out on the course, no big deal, right?" Well, I just want the world to know that the guy running this place lived up to his reputation. He was short with us and rude. We had food and drinks with us and, instead of just informing us that they were not allowed (i.e. we had to buy them from him, not bring our own), he talked to us like we were stupid and threatened to fine us. It seemed like he would have preferred if our group would just leave - strange, because it would have meant less money for him, but . . . to each his own, I guess. Once we got on the course we enjoyed it even though it was very wet. They were mowing around one of the greens we were on and almost ran over one of our balls, which was a bit strange. We were surprised that it was so easy to get a tee time here when the other places were booked, but after our treatment here, we were no longer surprised. Life is too short to golf at this place.

I came out multiple times last week during an unexpected streak of warm weather - once during a lunch break and twice after work! Nice to be able to do this in March. They have a big driving range with covered stalls for when the weather is bad. Im from Chicago originally so Im glad I was able to find a local place to practice after work or weekends and even play a quick round when I can fit it in. I plan on playing a new course every week in the summer but this course should get me thru the in-betweens - glad I found this place.

The greens reminded our group of corrugated cardboard and there was geese dropping everywhere including the greens. Despite being empty we werent allowed to play with all 6 of us together because they were "too busy". Dont mention youre a bachelor party either and good thing we didnt because even at 8am we would have been denied entrance. If there are only a dozen cars in the parking lot on a beautiful Saturday morning then take a hint like we should have. Cant imagine itd be long before they go under.

Visited the course today to ride along with my father and 9-year-old son to watch them play 9 holes together. The manager refused to allow me on unless I paid for a set of clubs and a cart for myself. Apparently they have a no spectators policy, but the manager was kind of a jerk about it. A smile and an Im sorry, maam" would have gone a long way. I might have considered paying extra if he were nice about it, but instead, he made me mad. He needs to learn better customer service skills.

Was in town for Mothers Day and was able to take advantage of the nice weather to sneak a quick round in over the weekend. It was quick, cheap, and fun! It seemed like the course was in better shape than I had remembered. I dont get to play "links style" courses where I live. It was fun to play low, bump-and-run type shots like they do at the links courses in Europe. I hope I can get another round in next time I visit.

Have been golfing here since 2008, and I have never seen this course in this good of shape. The greens are much better. The new management is absolutely outstanding. I also really enjoy the snack bar. I always grab a hot dog and a drink when I make the turn for the back 9. Really affordable and improved golf course.

This is a course that I taught me how to play the game, now its just horrible. The drainage is awful and the greens are basically unplayable. If youre going to use the range make sure you bring cash because they cant take debit cards...WHO DOESNT TAKE DEBIT CARDS????

This golf course has vastly improved since new management took over this year. Not only has the course itself looked better but the staff has been awesome. I play here 3-4 times a month and consider it my home course.

Great course, plays like more of a links. Not very much sand or water, but some tall grass to get lost in. Its really cool seeing airplanes landing around you. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I just played there. The course is in very good shape. Nice people, driving range and putting green. I had not played there is quite a while and was really quite impressed with it.

This is a good course for beginners since its relatively flat and wide open. There are some trouble spots but not many. Its affordable and not often busy.

The airport greens is like a dive-bar. Not to clean, not to friendly but you will always get a seat at the bar.

Can we call this a golf course? It is just a lawn yard... Not worthy to pay any single cent for play.
