Our group of 6 (2 families with 1 kid each) have visited Strike 10 on Saturday, October 17th, 2016. We were extremely disappointed with this place. It was beautiful and the staff / manager were very pleasant. But the quality of service were beyond disappointing, especially for the high prices they charge. I ordered a sushi roll. Halfway into eating it I found a black hair attached to one of the rolls pieces. I put that piece aside and tried to forget what I just saw without complaining. I reached for the next piece, and there was another black hair attached to it. I alerted our server. He offered to replace the 2 damaged pieces with a hand roll instead, which was fine. I know requesting to not be charged for this t food item is an appropriate thing for a customer to do in such situation, but I did not want to be like that. A minute later, when I was drinking my Moscato, I felt a piece of foil on my tongue. I showed this purple piece of foil to our server, and he confirmed that this foil was from the bottle of Moscato he poured me. He was pleasant, but didnt do much about the situation (like not charge us for the wine). He instead poured more wine into my glass. I suppose that some people would find that to be a nice gesture, but I am a light drinker and wasnt planning on finishing even the amount off wine I already had in my glass. I thanked the server to avoid causing problems or getting him in trouble with his manager, and ended up having maybe 2 more sips of that wine that evening. Lastly, one of the 2 husbands in our group rented the pool table. He was told its $20/hour. Pricy for a game of pool, but money is not really an issue. Him and his 6 year old shuffled the balls around for under an hour. Our 4 year old wanted to join in, so my husband and our 4 year old joined in. After less than an our of goofing off and “playing pool” with 2 small children both families in our group got their bills. The place was trying to charge both husbands $20/piece for the “pool game”. Thats not what we were told the total price was supposed to be. We were also charged full price for food and wine, which, for obvious reasons, was not a great customer service we expected from such an upscale place. We are going to stay loyal to Strike 10s competitors like Splitsville (where we have had zero problems in years, enjoyed the same upscale atmosphere, and their sushi and wines are even more delicious).

I went to Strike 10 on Saturday for my birthday. It was my first time there and the experience was horrible to say the least. After being told that the wait to bowl was 1 hour, it turned into a 4 hour wait to bowl. I would say thank god for the lounge area but the food and drinks were less than mediocre. The wings were small, the artichoke dip was stiff and i dont think that the bartender but not one ounce of tequila in my strawberry margarita. after spending $90 on less than mediocre food we still waited another two hours to bowl and when they finally contacted me via cell phone, I was told I would have to wait another ten minutes only to get to the lane and see the previous party still, bowling, drinking, dancing, and eating. The employee did nothing but say "Theyre leaving". I took it upon myself to clear out the lane for my guests and I to bowl. We only bowled one round because we were exhausted from the 4 hour wait. I will never come back nor will I recommend this place to anyone and if someone asks about Strike 10 at Gulfstream I will tell them dont waste your, time, money or gas. Its not worth it. Not one of the employees had the decency to even apologize. First and last experience, but a horrible experience to say the least.

When I saw the credit card statement I couldnt believe it. Left a two dollar tip on a 15 dollar bill for two beers. They took it upon themselves to add two more dollars to the charge. And its not like I have bad handwriting. The tip amount and total were very legible. Besides that, the place is overpriced, but the wings were pretty good. Not good enough to overlook the petty theft though. Will not come back. Edit: Looking through other reviews and it looks like Im not the only one. Would not expect from a place at this location. Stay away. Edit: Now it looks like theyre using fake accounts to bump up their rating. Sort the reviews on Most Recent. Youll see an influx of new five star reviews. Six in a row. Click on the users to see their other reviews. All done within a week. Locations all over the world. Australia, Europe, North America. Many businesses are the same. Like Pestmaster Services and Indre White for example. Coincidence? I think not. Dishonest people. Further proof that you should stay away.

Extremely disappointed. Worst bowling alley Ive been to in 30 years. Arrived at 8:30pm on Sunday was told it was a 1:45 minute wait, but the computers were down. Left and had a drink and came back at 9:30, computers were still down. They would call us. We left and had a dessert and a drink, then they called us at 10:20. We finished our drink and headed back. When we got back we were told that we were too late and would have to wait another 40 minutes for an alley, making an almost three hour wait. Its decorated like a Miami club. Theres 3 pool tables that are also $20/hr. Foosball for $5 15 minutes. There was even mold growing in the "show beer" at the bar. This is a money grubbing establishment with no regard for customer service. Come with a large group and spend $100 and have less time bowling than 2 people would get for the same price. I would never come back here if it was the last bowling alley in the county. Stay far away from here, save your money and have a better time at a better place. DO NOT BOWL HERE.

This place is just alright. The prices for bowling wasnt cheap, but wasnt expensive either, compared to other bowling alleys. The drinks were overpriced, and so was some of the food. I also didnt like that they added gratuity to your food and drink order. Also, obviously it is a bowling alley, but it doesnt really feel like a true bowling alley. The reason I say this is, because it feels more like a chain, corporate type of entertainment venue/bar/restaurant. Instead of that dark, kind of hole in the wall feel, when you go to most local bowling alleys. Plus the fact that this place doesnt have any type bowling leagues at all either(because I would actually be interested in joining a league at this alley). So to me, its just an overall expensive place, thats average at best.

This is by far the best bowling alley Ive ever been too. 5 star service, amazing atmosphere, and more than anything cozy and beautiful in all aspects. My coworkers and I went the other night and from the moment we came in, the staff was very nice and inviting, then someone walks you to your lane and on top of that, your names already appear on the screen making it easier and a better experience overall. We ordered sushi and a few appetizers, wings and skewers. BY FAR one of the best sushi rolls Ive ever had in my entire life. The wings, skewers and appetizers didnt fall short. All the staff approached us constantly to see how we were doing. They have a music system were all the videos show up on the screens. Will most definitely be back very soon.
