While I had fun with my friends here, the actual alley is awful. From the beginning the cashier was EXTREMELY RUDE to us. She talked to us like an inconvenience. The actual lanes themselves were shotty. We either had missing pins at the rerack or it would carry the pins from the previous player. System was useless to correct it. We had to move lanes and the problem happened at both. Oh jeez. And the food prices were ridiculous! 2 hotdogs were $6+. The only good thing they have going is the bars drink specials. Kinda odd when a beer is cheaper than a fountain drink, though. I paid $3 for a bottled water before getting free water at the bar (which is a smoking bar). The guy serving us was nice! I think anyone saying this place is a great place to bowl is missing out in much better alleys in the area. I was just left with such a bad taste in my mouth because of bad service and unreliable lane technology.

Ive been bowling here for almost 3 years and been in sanctioned leagues for a year. The people I bowl with are just excellent bowlers. Ive learned a lot from them. Joes pro shop is just an excellent pro shop. Joe is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable of his craft. He is also a very good bowler. Gil is a wonderful manager and Brian is a great assistant manager. Josh, Rob, Anthony, Eric, Mark, Bill, Karen, Kenny, Larry, and Marissa are great people. I always received top notch service when Im there, now I can give that a 3.8/5, when it was a 5/5. Ive ran into some difficulty there now. I will not name names. The lanes are usually in great condition (stress, usually). My overall experience with leagues and most of the people there will keep me coming back. In this case, a couple of bad apples does NOT spoil the bunch.

I have never had this kind of experience before in any of the AMF centers, but yesterday four of us went for the bowling and we were having fun until a person who was blowing in the adjacent lane starting yelling at one of us for no reason. He was being so racist he called him bloody Nepali, F*** off n all kind of word. He was trying provoke us and might be trying to get us in a fight. I don’t think I will be going back to the place where people have no respect for others.

I grew up in crafton and used to love this place, but I just recently went here for cosmic bowling and what the hell happened? It was so un fun and boring nothing like it used to be at all, really breaks my heart to see it so dead and low energy. And the prices are out of this world, 50$ for a pizza and 4 motzrella sticks, and 4 sodas? Are you out of your mind? If I were you go to Washington area casino much nicer lanes with a much more fun atmosphere for cosmic.

Its bowling, yes, but the pin machines work in restacking the pins maybe 60% of the time and the food here includes 2 hot dogs and a bottle of water for $12. A bottle of Gatorade is $4 or $5. Why? Staff (especially the lady at the register/bowling computer in the ponytail is pretty rude). Bathroom was clean-ish. 2/10 wont return.

Nobody works there on Sunday mornings. There was 1 guy doing the regular counter and the food. Also to use a credit card or debit card its a 10 minute process involving you going to the office in the back.

Its a wonderful place it has a great bar . lots of dart machines ,four brand new 9 foot slate pool tables and 38 Lanes. It also has a pretty good snack bar. Love having my kids birthday parties there!
