Even though the place has a fun vibe, the food and service was absolutely inexcusable. We waited 10 minutes to see a menu, another 15 before the server took our order, and another hour and a half to get our order which was two burgers, some wings, and an artichoke dip appetizer. The place was full, but it wasnt over the top full. I felt bad for the waitress because she was actually very nice, and I dont fault her for the bad service. It wasnt her fault that she clearly didnt have enough help. When our food came it just got worse. Everything tasted like it was microwaved, frozen (not fresh), overcooked, incorrect, or completely bizarre. I ordered a bacon burger with grilled onions. I got a burger that you could tell was a cheap frozen patty that they threw on a grill and just forgot. It came with bacon bits and raw onions. BACON BITS!? who puts bacon bits on a burger?? My burger was slightly overcooked, but my husbands was burnt to a crisp. He couldnt even eat it. He told the waitress and she took it off of our bill but didnt offer anything else. Since we were so hungry after the long wait, I just shared my bacon bit burger and we left shortly after. A place that sees large crowds like this, should definitely be more prepared, have more servers, and a completely new chef.I never knew you could mess up bar food. That place would be amazing if they overhauled their kitchen and served better quality food, even if its still bar food! And for the live of god, dont put bacon bits on a burger. They were literally falling out everywhere and totally killed the burger. How do you kill a burger????

I went there with a group of friends. Weve gone several times last year and it was great but we went on Friday and it was horrible. I had booked the table on the beach a month in advance for 8 of us. We get there and the tables they had for us were directly beside someone who was smoking. Isnt it supposed to be non-smoking?! We asked to be seated elsewhere. The music got turned up to blaring shortly after we got settled and when we asked if they could turn it back down because we were shouting to each they said its going to get worse in a few minutes. We ordered food and cocktails and all of the drinks were watered down. The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed before. This time it was loud and chaotic. After dinner we moved up to the bar at the actual bowling alley thinking we might get a decent drink from there. I ordered a Long Island Iced Tea. I get my drink and it tastes ok but as I continue to drink I realize this is watered down too! She brings me the receipt and its for Beach Island Tea. I told her this isnt what I ordered and there wasnt any alcohol in it. She huffs and says never mind shell write it off. Apparently its weird to expect alcohol in a Long Island Iced Tea. If youre going for a drink this isnt the place to get it!

I have been bowling for about 10 years and I am in high school. I have been to a lot of different bowling alleys. This alley is not one that I would recommend. I bowl for my school and our team loathes each time we play here. The approaches are sticky and dirty. Then, the oil on the lane is gone after a couple of frames. What doesnt make it any better is that they dont oil the lanes often. If you are here for a small get-together with some friends, its okay to go here. If you need practice for skills, I would not recommend this place. I would recommend Baden Bowl or Pines Plaza. They run a very good house with great staff. Edit - (9/7/2016) Recently I heard from a friend and teammate that Paradise got new oil. I tried it out and it is very good. I am just not 100% sure how well it will hold up though. It held up for the couple games I played. I changed from 1 star to 3 stars.

My friends and I went here for a Friday night and we couldnt of had a worse experience. The inside has a cool atmosphere but it is by no means worth the price nor the service. The worker was terrible towards my friends and I and almost seemed mad for taking our money? The rate per hour is way over priced and the pitcher beers are as well. After playing for one hour they tried charging us TWICE the normal rate to play for a second hour. After questioning the worker as to why he was charging us extra, he threw a tantrum on us and called the police. After realizing that my group and I were completely fine with the police showing up, he called them back and said the issue was "resolved". After hanging up on the police the worker THREW our money at us and told us we were never welcomed back.

The staff is pretty rude here. The place is pretty and its a nice "Pittsburgh" version of a beach bar, BUT these female bartenders are horrible. I usually dont complain or review places, but this one irked me. These ladies basically dont acknowledge your existence until you stare at them for 10 minutes. I have to say this is true for all 3 females that Ive seen here. Its crazy. Foods good and atmosphere is cool, but staff and service are both awful.

I love this place. My wife had her company outing there yesterday abd we had a blast there. I suggest this place if you have a group of 4 or more and want to enjoy outdoor activities ( volleyball, horseshoes, boccie ball, etc. and outdoor bar). Video games and bowling indoors with bar. Go have fun!

The wait was very long (close to an hour), but I dont blame the staff for that. Standing outside was unpleasant as some customers were smoking outside the main entrance. Possibly have a designated smoking area to make it a more enjoyable experience?

Place is very run down and when my lane broke I asked the people to fix it and they said one second. After 30 min my time expired and my lane was not fixed. I also had to pay full price without discount even though I told them my lane was broken.

Best place to go bowling. If youre going later at night on the weekends be sure to make reservations because the place gets busy and causes a wait. In the summer they open the beach up where they have live performances and a bar.

Normally I get Cajun mix with Buffalo here but they must have new workers there cuz I got my order went home wrong order. Second time wrong order! Mybe they dont know what Buffalo sauce and Cajun looks like...

A very nice bowling alley. Wasnt there when the beach was open, but the whole set-up looked really nice. We brought my 7-year old niece and she absolutely loved the place.

Great atmosphere and a lively environment. Its a great place for parties or family get togethers. The food isnt too expensive and the arcade is a good place for kids.

Decent bowling alley, they have a bar and then a beach bar. i believe you can dock a boat along the shore during the summer but be sure to check before youd try.
