More like BAD TIME CHARTER. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. If I could I would give them 0 stars. Take your money somewhere else, the staff is extremely rude and unaccommodating to their paying customers. They ONLY care about the money, as they said "its a business". To long to read They cheated us from our money since we were from Jersey and did not know that traffic would be over an hour to get there residing from Fort Myers (same town). They were not accommodating and completely rude and wanted more money as a solution for all this. When trying to get into another group on Wednesday (our scheduled tour was on Sunday) the lady on the phone yelled, argued and HUNG UP ON ME. What credible company does that to a paying customer because the customer expressed their feelings on how they felt that they were getting cheated on. I have AUDIO EVIDENCE of the woman yelling at me and stating out loud she was hanging up on me because “this is not up for discussion *click*”. She was so out of line I had the need to record. I hope the owner of this company sees this and does something about it. Your company deserves 0 stars. Detailed version By far the worst attitude I have ever received from ANY COMPANY. On Sunday my friends and I missed a tour since we did not know that to get to this place would take over an hour of traffic from Fort Myers (we’re from NJ). We had called in advance to tell them we would not be going and they said "we’ll there is nothing we can do". As we were about to turn around my other friend gets a call from them saying they are going to wait until 1:15 pm so we continue in the traffic. We arrive running to the place at 1:21. When we arrived we asked if we could reschedule on Wednesday and they simply said no. "There is no guarantee youll get a spot but you can come at 12:00 pm and see if we have availability", I asked why I would drive all this way to see if there are spots when you already TOOK MY MONEY. I am a paying customer and she told me "its a business if you want another tour you have to pay the additional $20 again". So we waited until Wednesday and called for availability. When the conversation started she remembered who I was and we started to argue with me, I am a paying customer who feels cheated I have a right to express my frustration with your company. Clearly cares about their customers since she hangs up on me after screaming at me: "This is not up to discussion Im hanging up on you now *click*". She got upset because she tried to lie to me and tell me that the boat on Sunday left at 1:05 pm when in actuality when we were about to turn around from the ridiculous traffic we get a call that they were going to wait for us until 1:15 pm. We arrived at 1:21 so clearly we were technically 6 minutes late. Ive never heard of a business who hangs up on their own paying customers. No matter how upset a business might get a company does not hang up on their customers due to them being upset. I have audio evidence of our whole conversation and would love to show the owner of the business. This company only cares about their revenue rather than the experience they are providing to tourism please take your business somewhere else.

Feb.29,2016 4 people NOT HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I booked a tour for Tuesday March 1st. I had to cancel this because of a Doctors appointment which I have had to 2 months. I called the office and explained and I was told that I could come on Monday the 29th of Feb. She did tell me that I had 24 hrs to cancel.I didnt want to cancel so we rescheduled for Monday instead of Tuesday. I have guests staying with me and wanted to show them different things here in Florida. When I first made these arrangements I explained to the receptionist that I just moved to North port Florida and I dont know really where anything is. I have a GPS so I can find my way around. She never told me it would take 1 1/2 hours to get there and with traffic 2 hrs. Needless to say we missed the tour boat. I called ahead to let them know. When we reached Good time charters I went in to see the receptionist and told her what went on. She was polite but not interested when I said that I would like to have the credit card credited back the $80.00 or reschedule for next week. I was told that if I rescheduled for next week that I would be charged again. I told her that was just not fair or right. Had I known that it would have taken that long to get there I would have left in plenty of time. I asked to speak to the owner and I was put in contact with Cristina Denegre. I explained to her just what happened and she offered to put us on the 5:30 tour. It was only 2:00 at the time we spoke and I told her no that we had to get back we had other plans for tonight and we did not have any jackets with us for a sunset tour. Its cold on the water in the evening. She told me there was nothing she could do and I said dont be silly of course there is. Let us reschedule without being charged again seeing as we already paid for the tour. She then started to talk over me and finally I was so disgused I said fine, I will write a review about this and I will also call the Better Business Bureau. Her reply to this was "Fine do what ever you have to do". Its a sad day when people in business cant see past the $ and just take the money and run. I would have taken more people down there and brought more business to her but not now. I will tell people to go some place else to book tours. NEVER AGAIN CAPTAIN CRISTINA. Enjoy your ill gotten $80. This is a good on I had to put 1 star rating in order to submit this review. I GIVE THIS TOUR COMPANY "0" STARS. THEY ARE NOT FOR THE PEOPLE BUT FOR ONLY THEIR POCKETS. PLEASE PAY NO ATTENTION TO THE 1 STAR THATS UP THERE I HAD TO PUT IT THERE IN ORDER TO PRINT THIS.

Went on the 3 hour shelling and dolphin tour with Captain Gale and First Mate Laura. This was my first time on any kind of a charter, and my hope was to get some great pictures of the dolphins - thankfully, I was not disappointed! The tour was informative and fun for both kids and adults. We got to watch the dolphins play and jump in the boats wake and stopped at a bird rookery along the way to the shelling island. The shells we collected were fantastic. We saw a group of cownose ray on the way back, and saw two dolphins hunting as well. My only advise to others is to leave in plenty of time to get to the marina, as the traffic on the main stretch of Ft. Myers Beach is almost always crazy-busy with the weather is nice. Overall, this was a fantastic experience at a great price and I hope to come back again when revisiting Florida!
