If youre into antique/classic cars, specifically Packard cars, this is an amazing gallery and hosts a simply astonishing collection of vehicles, ornaments, and packard car-related paraphernalia and history which is very well explained by the tour guide who is both comprehensive and at times comical in the explanation of the history of the museum, and makes for a very fun and fulfilling experience. From the moment we came in the door we were greeted by an incredibly polite and helpful guide and the wife of the original owner. That little entrance in the photos provided does this museum no justice; the inside is full of several individual showrooms absolutely loaded with content. For what this museum is supposed to be (an Antique Car Museum), if you are looking for a quality place to go, a hidden gem in the heart of fort lauderdale, dont hesitate to check this place out, its well worth it!

muy buena atencion, tocar la campana de la puerta principal, me parecio completamente original. considero que en la esquina del Hospital (avenida Andrew), que esta al frente debieran de poner un letrero que indique que al frente esta el museo. Es precioso, una visita obligatoria cuando se visite Fort Lauderdale.

Fascinating place, great collection, looks like a time capsule, includes antiques other than cars along with a room dedicated to president Roosevelt memorabilia. Inexpensive admission ($10 per person), and, if you search, you can find a $3 coupon. Strangely, they accept cash payment only. They let you in and you just walk around on your own. Sometimes a worker comes in and starts showing and telling individual guests the most interesting facts about some items. He is too busy running around. If you are able to engage him it makes the experience much better. A must see!

This is one of the greatest secrets in Fort Lauderdale. The museum has one of the best collections of Packards in the country, tracing the car line from its beginning thru its majestic history to its final days. If you love impeccably restored vintage vehicles this an inexpensive way to spend an afternoon. The museum is also available for private party rentals.

I will visit this place more than once again in the future. Exceptional collection mainly Packards but there is much more to see. Great staff, from ladies in the office, to Bob the technician, and the detailer. Everyone is knowledgeable, curious, and passionate about there position and the museum.

Dont leave Fort Lauderdale without visiting this museum. We were told it would take an hour - wrong. There are so many things to see, that can spend a whole afternoon in here, watching and studying all the things on display. We will come back in the future.

The Antique Car Museum played host to a recent SFIMA event and provided a nice venue to mingle within. Theres lots to see here, a seemingly endless number of antique cars to peruse and take photos of. Nice venue.

This place really is a hidden gem. Beautiful cars and tons of memorabilia. Was great to get a partially escorted tour and be able to roam and admire freely. Highly recommend.
