Have been a season subscriber for many years. Shows are beautifully done and range from revised classics to new works enroute to Broadway. Last years performance of "Broken Glass", for example, that was coordinated with town events remembering Arthur Miller and a discussion after the performance, kept us talking for days. Top talent, convenient, and creative (willing to try new things) make the Playhouse a treasure for the Westport-Weston area.

Ive enjoyed every play Ive seen here. The acting is typically a step above Yale Rep. Theatre; for better you would have to go to Boston or NY. The set design is beautiful and engaging---much more on the traditional side of the spectrum. If you like the theatre, youll enjoy this playhouse

Great venue. Not a bad seat in the house. Even in the back row, you feel close to the action.
