Macricostas Preserve has a great loop trail up on the large hill. The overlook showed wonderful fall colors during our walk. The trail is well marked and easy to follow. We had a great time on the trail and were tired by the end. The early part of the trail went through some water and had some ponds. Steep Rock Assoc runs this place. This is another great properties that they manage.

Great spot for most abilities. Nice relatively flat area for an easy walk around the lower area: more demanding section higher up. Ground and walkways are uneven and rough in spots. Lots of people walking with their dogs all the way to the top: the views are beautiful.
