They dont have anything except fish and pet supplies you could buy online for less. I had bought two healthy calico goldfish from Petco 3 months ago and decided I wanted to add two more tankmates. I was surprised to see that Shoreline charges significantly more than Petco for fish and they dont have anywhere near as good of a return policy. They also only had 4 goldfish in stock. 2 black moores (1 had a bad eye and the other was near dead at the bottom) and 2 Gold. The gold ones looked healthy so I bought them. A week later both are dead while my calicos from Petco are still strong and healthy. From now on I am just going to shop at Petco. Shoreline has a bad selection and overpriced sick fish you cant return. The staff also watch and follow you around stalker style. I understand shoplifters are a problem for any store but a personal chaperone is not something I want while I shop. ---- In response to the answer left by the Owner: 1.) I was never informed of a return policy nor is one stated anywhere on your website or in store. If there is one then it was located somewhere, where I could not find it easily. Regardless, I buried my 2 fish so I cannot return their carcasses to you for a refund. 2.) Trying to brush off or discredit my bad experience by noting most of my ratings are a 1 to 3, while true, is disheartening to me; I feel as though I am being accused of trolling or am not worth consideration. Most people dont say a thing when they have a good experience but they are more compelled to when they have a bad one (studies have shown this) and I am no exception. I suppose Im a pessimist but if you read my 1 to 3 star reviews I think you will agree that my low ratings are warranted - restaurants with food particles and greasy silverware on multiple visits, animal abuse at an auction (broken jaws/gouged out eyes), etc. 3.) I like to check my phone to see how the physical store prices compare to those online. I understand a small store has to make money, but as a consumer I naturally dont want to spend more than necessary. For example your goldfish were $6-7 but Petco only wants $4 (and thats without the free Petco members benefit added in) for the same fish. To me paying twice as much for something is "expensive" but that is just my opinion. Unfortunately I chose to pay the $12 for the fish anyway and I am regretting it now. I have considered bumping the score up, but all my visits to Shoreline since it opened have either been uncomfortable or I was unable to find what I came for, which was never the case when it was Guppies to Puppies. I didnt bother to complain though until the fish incident. That is more or less when I realized Shoreline is not really where I should shop for pet supplies. I have nothing against Shoreline, and judging by your score there are plenty of people who love to shop here. It just isnt working out for me though.

Had opportunity to visit first time, as traveling by, as my fish got ICH. First thought as I walked around, "holy smokes, what a nice store!" They set me up with the correct products, and directions. 4 days later and all my fish are doing much better, lost none. This store is one of the "real" aquarium stores that are so rare these days. This store had plenty of stock, tanks, and fish. A separate room with loads of tanks! Aquarium products were the higher quality better products as serious fish keeping hobbyist would want. Spic and Span clean throughout. Wish they had a store in Hartford area too! 5 stars all the way.

Hands down the best pet store around! Beautiful fish and corals at great prices. Trustworthy shop with a great reputation and the skills to back it up! I have only had great experiences in my 50+ visits to this store and cant encourage you enough to give them a shot! The owner is very involved, knowledgeable and willing to help you out!

Im a fish enthusiast, but they have supplies for lots of other animals too. As far as fish goes, they have a large selection of freshwater and saltwater fish. They also have saltwater corals, invertebrates, and plants. Their coral frag tank is really something. Friendly staff too. Ill be back.

We came from Boston to check out the store and we had a great experience, friendly and great customer service and they had an awesome selection of saltwater fish and corals, we will deffinitly be planning a trip back here.
