I was looking forward to a nice dinner and show with friends. I have eaten at Bistro before but it was the first time for my friends. To say it was even mediocre is way to nice. The choices were just not good and the food was just awful. Pretty steep prices for food that was not good. Two of us had a mixed greens salad and although you cant really screw up a salad there was nothing much to it. There was virtually no dressing on the salad either. I often choose to have my dressing on the side but this was ridiculous there was no dressing. We had to ask for more. I had the curry chicken noodle bowl. It was so bland and tasteless I did not even finish it. Absolutly no curry flavor and some sort of sweetness to it which was not good. My husband had the beet salad and Ruben sandwich which he said was ok. Our friends had the pasta with sundried tomatoes and brocollini which she did not come close to finishing and said there was some sort of sweetness to it as well which was not good. Her husband had the chicken pot pie which tasted like some kind of canned food. It looked awful... thick and gooey. To sum up our experience.... I have eaten in the Bistro in the past and it was not bad... maybe a 3 1/2 star rating... however, this experience has made me not want to try again as it was an expensive diaster. The venue is great why not have a menu and food to go along with it? I think the Bistro needs a huge overhaul and a new chef! We did enjoy the show however. I have never been to a bad show. Infinity got that right at least.

I have now been to over 20 shows here -- this is without doubt one of the best musical venues you will ever visit. Dining in the Mezzanine section is a treat as are the acoustics! For those of you who have not been, the Mezzanine serves the full menu (including wine list) from the Bistro beginning an hour before the show. Since there is often an opening act as well, you have plenty of time for a full meal. The Mezzanine seats sell out quickly (as in 72 hours) for any big show. This is due in part to the fact Infinity Stars (a $95 annual membership) have advance access to ticket purchases and often grab some of the best seats prior to tickets going on sale to the public. I have never had a bad meal from the Bistro or up in the Mezzanine. The menu is not extensive, but it ranges from traditional burgers to more eclectic fare with inventive specials such as a Jambalaya Risotto I had at one show. The wine list is also excellent, and they have a nice list of unusual drinks. As to the Music Hall itself -- possibly the best music venue I have ever had the privilege to enjoy. The acoustics are superb (several artists I have seen commented on them) and there simply is not a bad seat in the place. The one downside is that the parking lot is small, and on-street parking tends to fill up early so arrival less than 30 minutes before a show will leave you walking a good ways. Best to arrive early and enjoy the Bistro or Pub.

Paid $70 to see a show and was treated like crap. It is all the owners fault, He oversells 20 tickets for a "standing area" which is huge on the website but when u get there can stand maybe 5 people. So you are constantly being bumped into by waitresses and for some reason security who threatened to kick out everyone in the standing area. Also the OWNER was in the back row orchestrating the security and constantly walking in front of me and bumping into me. On top of this they cut at least a dozen people from the bar after only 1 beer, me being one of them probably for me standing my ground the 20th time I was bumped into in 20 min, I said "I paid $70 to stand here" which got me surrounded by security and threatened. The restaurant down stairs wasnt even serving food during intermission which was a dissapointment, So I went outside to see someone being thrown out from the standing area for trying to have a 2nd beer even though everyone in seats had at least 3 drinks and none of them got cut off. It must be nice to own a place, Take everyones hard earned money, Then treat them like complete crap.

This music venue is as good as it gets. In fact it stands alone given the size, feel, and caliber of entertainment. Ive been to 40 plus shows over the last 4 years and have almost always left feeling quite pleased to have attended. There have been 1 or 2 shows which did not measure up to their usual standards but overall I feel fortunate to have a hall such as this in my backyard. The Bistro can be excellent at times and not so much at others. This applies to both the caliber of food served and the the high (or low) level of service provided. If they are excellent sometimes and disappointing at others they need to strive for consistency. Hit or miss is not good! I intend to continue being a satisfied patron of the Music Hall. In fact, I just purchased a Super Star membership. Thank you Infinity for being there.

We have been going to Infinty music Hall since the beginning . have seen dozens of shows and every one was FANTASTIC. The sound, the setting, the professional staff, the service and friendly nature are absolutely first rate. The restaurant is priced fairly and the food and service the best in the area. The jerk who gave Infinity a bad rating was probably the drunk who wouldnt shut up during the Rodney Crowell show last year. He was POLITELY asked to be quiet and responded in a loud and vulgar way. All 300 of the audience was happy to see him leave. Give yourself a treat...go to a show here and you will rave too. AND the ticket prices are more than fair. Every seat is a good seat.

I went there to see Dave Mason in concert. I was more than impressed all the way around. The food was surprisingly tasty and you can tell they have a chef who definitely knows what s/he is doing. The concert hall itself was like fine wine, just a superb place to see professionals deliver their craft. Acoustics were excellent....and I dont hear that well. Oh and Dave Mason, well he is in the Rock N Roll hall of fame, I guess you could say he is as good as he is ever gonna get. Consistently landing this caliper of talent has to say something about the event manager too. I cant wait to go back!

Those who posted bad reviews of this excellent establishment must have an axe to grind. It is first class and top notch! The acoustics are superb and the size of the theater does not have a bad seat in the house. The wait staff, bartenders and ushers are wonderful and I assure you the bistro is gorgeous and spotlessly clean! Perhaps those who fail to recognize this dont have the class or maturity to enjoy the wonderful shows at this awesome venue. It is well worth the trip. The one and only thing I would consider a drawback there is the parking.
