Excellent nature preserve however it seems like the locals are trying to keep it hidden from the public. They put signs up near the parking area that state the entrance is private property. They can get away with this because the driveway to the right is private, but they definitely placed it to scare away any outsiders. You need to enter what looks like a private road to get to the very small parking area. The locals have also managed to keep the preserve off of Google Maps. You cant even get to it with a GPS and the park is not indicated with green on a map. There is a great view of the harbor on this trail, that alone is worth the trouble.

I lived on this property as a Child. Brings back great memories. Poorly marked trails. Confusing and limited parking. Great woods to take a short hike in and If you can manage to find it, you will end up at Twin Ponds.
