My wife and I visited Friday night 11/25 after reading the reviews. The place is VERY small and uniquely strange. We arent homophobic but there were homosexuals groping each other in every corner of the bar. Simply wasnt our type of place

Very cool bar with an eclectic clientele and down to earth atmosphere. Non-pretentious as it gets (short of a dive bar) with satisfying beer selection and service. Limited spirits selection though.

What a great vibe this place has. Enjoyed some local beer and spirits and while their kitchen is limited everything ive had has been fantastic. Cant wait to get back there for a show!

Drinks are decent but my biggest complaint is the food, which didnt seem to have much effort put in at all. Flat bread was cold and stale, although the pâté was good.

Carlos is the man. Wonderful bartender, great music, the best gourmet bar food. Free happy hour on Fridays. One of my favorite places in New Haven . Jazz upstairs!!!

Nice place to relax with a cocktail. Not as sophisticated as 116 Crown, but really a good spot.
