Poor management. Poorly trained employees. Not enough employees. Dishes pile up in lobby. Flies swarming everywhere. Bathrooms smell. Critical health code violations. Manager drinking coffee on make line, she put her cell phone down on a wrapper where immediately after a burrito was wrapped and given to customer wiped hands and continued making food without replacing gloves and touching money then food. Manager yelling at employees in front of customers and other employees. Rock Music playing in back loudly, so loud she had to shout over music to get attention of employees seemingly very rude. Employees seem to be very unhappy. No napkins. Had to wait in line at counter to ask for napkin and a clean fork and knife which took 5min to get, an employee had to find silverware in sink told me she had to wash them but find them first..restaurant must not have enough silverware on hand for number of customers in lobby..kitchen walls and appliances covered in caked on cooking oil and bacon grease all seen from lobby. Managers breath smells across restaurant. Gm Kristin meth mouth ruined my appetite. Junkies are disgusting.

If youre looking for mind blowing food, look elsewhere. But, if you want a simple, fatty, totally bad for you meal, then this is definitely the place. I love their green chili, smothering a burrito and fries. Its a great combination and just works for me. Dont bother ordering more than an 1/8th unless you get it to go. A whole could feed you for 3 days! And their burgers are surprisingly good. I actually order those more often than the burritos!

We know they changed their hours and close now at 3:PM but we made it there by 2:55 while an employee was talking out the service window to some people in a car obviously waiting on someone. The employees saw us but ignored us. This isnt the only poor custoner service weve had but their green Chile cheese burger is pretty good but this poor service is representative and may be why they are losing business.

Drive thru 20 minutes, then order was wrong, charged wrong, and if I hadnt caught it, they would have charged me for 3 drinks and I ordered 1, food shoved at me through the window and closed, no words or thank you , and when I returned it, Justin the manager took forever to give me my money back. The employee acted as of they were adding items regularly to see of the customers caught it.

We have been here twice and both times they messed up our order. The first time they charged us for fries that we did not receive and the second time specifically told them no beans and told them that was important, got all the way home and what do you know, tons of beans. The staff has a "dont care" attitude. Will not be going back nor would I recommend to anyone.

First few times I tried their breakfast burritos it was ok. I can deal with it since I cant drive all the way out to Chubbys but lately the hand held burritos are very dry. I asked them to put put more green chili and they charged me 50 cents extra for what seemed to be half a spoon of green chili. Better but still dry. Chubbys here I come!

Its a shame we live in a world that men cant even stop at a place for lunch without skanky waitresses being homewreckers! The food meh... its whatever maybe thats why Jennifer is there...

When I got here, one of the employees was sleeping on the shelf between the drive through and main food prep area. I took a full 10 minutes to make one burrito. This was after they asked the fuzzy haired to lk mmake it twice. The drink area was messy and there were no napkins. The burrito itself tasted ok.

We lived in Albuquerque years ago, so we used to go to Twisters (and Hurricanes before even Twisters existed) . . . it was a consistent experience compared to what we enjoyed in the past. The food was very good, the restaurant was clean, the service was excellent and we had a nice experience.

The Twisters in Parker is terrific. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The new management has turned things around and it is so much better than ever. Just cant say enough about the quality price and service. Fastest drive thru in Parker. Best burritos in all of Denver area.

i use to love twisters , but this location is disgusting , the chilly is disgusting, salty. The bacon is burnt and gross. AWFUL ! why not just shut this place down until you can get some proper management . What kind of restaurant is only open till 3 pm . a terrible one. thats what.

They recently hired new management and since doing so the place is immaculate! Very clean and no more dirty dingy employees sleeping on the job. The food is fresh and tastes amazing!! Love love love the breakfast burritos! Im deffenitly coming back! Green chili is to die for!! Yum!

We bought $60 worth of tacos today and in one of the tacos was a huge rock. Thank God it didnt break a tooth. Went back with the food and receipt to get a refund. Was told by the management there was nothing they could do. Rude people! Horrible food!! Stay away from Twisters!!!

Absolutely adore the staff and their service! The food is made to order fresh and exceptional flavors. Their New Mexico menu is a fun twist on Mexican fused with American, its awesome. A must have menu item is the green chili. I ask for it with everything!!!! So good!

They have new management and it has made a total difference. The service used to be awful, but has improved greatly. The food has always been good. The breakfast burritos are my favorite, with the red chille.

Their All American burger in my opinion is the best burger in Parker. Try it! I know theyre known for New Mexican food, but I cant quit ordering the burger! Someday, maybe I can try the burrito.

I consider myself a breakfast burrito connoisseur of sorts, that being said their burrito is not the worst I ever had. They need to put less salt on the potatoes and their food would be much better.
