Amazing local music venue full of great people, good times, and excellent music. If youre unfamiliar with this jem of a venue, allow me to break it down for you. Dont let the punk/DIY look of the place fool you, this is one of Denvers best intimate music venues, and it has the nicest people around. Theres a show here almost every night, and tickets are always (Except on rare occasions) donation based, with a suggestion of $7 to $10. All the proceeds of the night go either directly to the bands your seeing that night, or to the venue staff to keep the place running strong. Ive never seen a show that had any age restrictions, so all are welcome. To find out what shows are playing, check out facebook. There is no bar or liquor on site, but feel free and BYOB (just no glass, and preferably no hard liquor). As well as a music venue, this place is also a music shop that sells t-shirts, band merch, CDs, tapes, and LPs from mostly local bands and bands that have passed through, a lot of which you cant find anywhere else. Even if it seems like no one really works here, there will always be at least three people who legitimately work here. Best place to find them is in the front room behind the counter, right as you walk in. If youre an artist or someone who would like to get involved with the venue, as the vast majority of work done here is volunteer based, find them on Facebook or talk to the staff while youre there. If you have any interest in the Denver music scene, especially punk and DIY, this is the place for you. I highly encourage you to check out the venue, any time of the year. Theyre always booking some stellar artists from the local scene and around the country, in all different styles of music. So stop by and enjoy some classic DIY music at its best

Amazingly good venue, welcoming staff and a very pink aesthetic. Easy to help mu friends band load in, and the stage was great. The only concern I have is with the quality of mics the venue has, I could hardly hear most of the vocals throughout several shows

underage drinking and drugging. stage about to collapse. faulty wiring. no emergency exits. run by unprofessional teenage volunteers. laughable pa system. people living in basement. filthy bathroom. they will book anyone so no quality control either.

Excellent venue! Very friendly all volunteer staff. A great place for young new bands to get experience and young music lovers to see all ages shows. A very fun and safe place to enjoy music of all genres.

Interesting place. The sound equipment and techs are on point. No drink or food services but can bring your own. If you are looking for underground music this is the place.
