I called in trying to get some more info about a painting that I have. Mikel Sounded helpful at first, started asking me some questions about the painting, One being, "who is the artist." I replied that I only have a last name on the painting but I do have someone else looking into it to help me figure out what it is. He asked me who the company was that I was working with to make sure that they are a accredited business. I told him I cant remember who the company I am working with is off the top of my head but I told him I will look at my email to find out. He then sounded frustrated and told me that he didnt want to waste my time nor his if i am already talking to someone. The guy MIKE was more interested in who I was speaking to previously about the painting then he was interested in helping me figure out what this painting is. Very helpful until he found out I was working with another company and then all of the sudden I am not worth his time and any more info you have send over by email, Mikel said. This is the first review that I have ever written. Companies like this dont deserve business when they make there potential customers feel like they arent worth their time.

Ive been doing business with Michael and Catherine for a number of years. Theyre good people. Their prices are always fair. They seem to place more value on a "customer" than just making a sale.
