If you are not 100% satisfied with were you are going for your arms and accessories you have to give these place a try, you will not be disappointed. I dealt mostly with John and Allen and I can’t say enough about them and MGT. First off, these guys don’t have a hint of arrogance that we all know so well that usually comes with other local shops/ranges. They both were nothing but professional, easy going, and respectful, once again NO ATTUTUDE or ARRONGANCE. They spent a good amount of time with me on different choices and even after the purchase made sure I was squared away for the paperwork that would follow. I’ve been buying firearms for over 25 years and have never run into a group or shop that has such down to earth respectful guys behind the counter, hell you’ll want to hang out with these guys at a BBQ. Anyway, I usually don’t take the time for these things but wanted others in the area to know these guys are the REAL deal, they run their business like it should be and like what we all once used to except. Definitely give these guys a shot, you’ll most likely be like me…..a customer for life. Also, an incredible stock and reasonable pricing. A+ all the way. The other gun shops and ranges should take lessons from the pros.

Professional, knowledgeable, great customer service...I have done a lot of business with MGT this summer and have nothing but good things to say. I usually wait a while to right a review on a business to be accurate but I can tell you that I would have written this same review from day one. They have a wide selection of tactical firearms and accessories including class 3, ammo, CCW classes, and what else?...MACHINE GUN TOURS!!! Who doesnt want to shoot a machine gun? I have yet to do one of these tours as I spend most of my money on my personal firearms. The tours range anywhere from $210 to $850. You can shoot anything from a suppressed .22lr pistol to a .50BMG to just about any fully auto anything if you can afford the amount of ammo you will be belting out. Their firearm prices are good, what you would expect. It looks like they also have a selection of firearms that you can rent also. This is a good option because you can try out several different types to find out what is for you prior to investing in a firearm of your own. I have also used their gunsmithing services just for a couple of minor things. Everyone I have dealt with has just been super cool but not too cool for school.

Ive had a few issues dealing with this company. First I had a rifle shipped to them. When I got it, the rifle was incomplete and the FFL who sent the rifle swore that it was complete when shipped and stated "this isnt the first time components have gone missing on guns when shipped to some FFLs." During the next encounter I took my mother gun shopping. She found a Sig that she liked and bought it. They said they couldnt find the original box it came in so they put it in a cardboard box and said that would suffice, and that the gun only came with one magazine anyway so I was only going to be missing a manual. I hounded them for three days and miraculously the original box showed up (complete with a spare $50 magazine, holster, and all paperwork). The last encounter was just phone call to inquire about the serial number of a rifle I had purchased. I was told he couldnt give it to me over the phone, which I can understand I suppose, but he was pretty rude about it too. Suffice to say, Im not impressed, nor will I do any more business with them.

I went in to buy a pistol a while back, the staff (I believe I was helped by Alan in particular) was friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me decide which firearm suited me best and were very patient with me and explained anything I didnt know or had questions about. They also had lower prices on the particular pistol I was looking at than anywhere else in town, and most places online. While I was waiting for the background check to go through, they let me handle a bunch of their rifles as well. As an added bonus, these guys arent your typical old fudds that own a gun store. They have iPads for you to fill out all the forms needed and they have a big screen on one wall hooked up to an xbox 360 showing videos of their past shooting expeditions, so they are definitely with the times.

Fairly decent selection and competitive prices however the customer service I received was so atrocious I felt it warranted this review. Upon entering the shop I browsed for several minutes while the one gentleman behind the counter sat on his phone. He was unresponsive and extremely short and discourteous trying to answer the few questions that I had come to ask. His unprofessionalism and lack of knowledge regarding firearms would have been acceptable had it not been for his disgusting remarks he made after I had finally voiced my opinion regarding his attitude and requested a manager. I highly recommend Denver Gun Room just down the street if youre in need of quality service in the area.

Ive never loved this place, which is too bad since I live so close. The staff dont go out of their way to greet you, and their prices are higher than most. I recently had an interaction with a salesman who was less than an expert, and he was clearly trying to up-sell me on AR-15 rails. After educating myself, it is increasingly clear that he was steering me away from the delta ring barrel nut option and separate handguard (budget-friendly) and towards their $400 free float rail options (not so budget friendly). They have a great selection, but beware of pushy, somewhat dishonest salespeople. Do your homework and know exactly what you want before you buy anything here.

I wanted to thank Machine Gun Tours and especially Kyle, who helped me in every way and helped me make an informed decision in purchasing my first Colorado handgun, the FN-5.2. We took it to the mountains and let me tell you. Its the firearm of the future. Thank you Kyle, you really took the time for us to do it right. Now you and your company are the only firearms dealer, I trust or for that matter anyone else should either. And less expensive I might say. Dont waste ur time, like I did with other dealers, go here first. Kyle, Because of you. Im going to come back for an AR next.

the place to come if you want to be ignored. the owner himself always to busy on the computer to say anything, the rest of the guys to busy updating their iPod playlists to even acknowledge you either. so i go in one day and finally a guy named sy comes out and acknowledges me right away while other 2 guys play on their phones. i asked about the beretta apx and was told they havent had one in stock in ages. well they were just released last week so not a correct answer. you guys really need to know whats going on and you dont. you dont have a clue.
