We recently got married at Robert Young Estate Winery and we hired Milestone Event Group as our wedding coordinator. For the first few months, we thought our wedding coordinator was doing a pretty good job - we met with her in person on two separate occasions and we developed a nice relationship with her as a result. However, things went downhill after our coordinator quit her job just 9 days prior to our wedding date (without giving us any notice). Given that we live in New York and we were planning a destination wedding in Sonoma County, we had already made plans to travel to the West coast a week early and thus, we wanted to finalize all of our wedding details before leaving for California. And with the departure of our wedding coordinator, we were hopeful that Milestones replacement coordinator would provide extra attention to the details of our wedding. But in the days leading up to our departure date (to leave for California), unfortunately, we did not get much attention from Milestone and thus, we actually got a little worried whether they had a grasp on all the wedding details - decor, catering, etc. We contacted Milestone via email (multiple times) and we left multiple voice messages, but we did not hear back - finally, a few days later, Milestone finally returned our calls and explained the situation. As a result, a replacement coordinator was assigned to our wedding - of course, it was someone we had not met with before and thus, completely new to our wedding planning. Given the situation, we knew we would have to invest some additional time to get our new coordinator on the same page - and we expected Milestone to provide extra attention given the situation. However, in the end, we were disappointed with the level of service and lack of attention to detail provided by our replacement coordinator. It seemed like she did not care as much as our previous coordinator. Some examples of carelessness included: -Our order with the rentals company was not finalized until the day of our wedding (despite our attempts to finalize the rentals order before leaving for California) and even after the wedding, it took us weeks to get the final rentals invoice - we actually ended up contacting the rentals company directly since Milestone was not responsive to our messages; -Our coordinator only stopped by the bridal prep area once in the morning time (even though she wasnt 100% clear on all of our specific decor plans) - would have preferred her to keep us more in the loop; -Our photo shoot was interrupted by our shuttle transportation - which we think couldve been avoided had our coordinators been aware of the situation and timing of shuttles. Our guests in the shuttle ended up seeing all of the wedding party before the actual ceremony - which was not supposed to happen. -Lastly, after we finally received our final rentals invoice, we discovered that the last minute changes we had requested to our replacement coordinator (we reminded her multiple times via phone and email) were not updated - and thus, we again had to follow up directly with the rentals company to process a refund (if we hadnt looked over the rentals invoice carefully, we would have been charged for additional rentals that we did not have at our wedding). However, despite all of this, the venue (RYEW) was gorgeous and we still managed to have a great time with our family and friends. We were clearly put in a tough situation, but we still would have expected Milestone to provide extra attention to our wedding given the circumstances - and this was not the case.

My husband and I worked with Krista from Milestone Events for 10 months leading up to our Trentadue vineyard wedding in June. Krista was an absolute pleasure to work with. Shes the perfect mix of warmth and professionalism. She helped us every step of the way, meeting with us in person several times over the months and quickly responding to our emails. She was patient with all of the questions we had, listened closely to our vision, and offered helpful advice when we asked for it. Krista helped as the day-of coordinator for our wedding as well. Everything went smoothly and the night exceeded our expectations! Our guests commented that the wedding was one of the best they’ve ever been to and we owe Krista so many thanks for the role she played in helping turn our vision into a reality.

We worked with Krista for our wedding at Trentadue Winery and she is great! When we booked our wedding at Trentadue there was someone else working in Kristas position, so when Krista took over we were a little bit nervous, but she turned out to be awesome. We had a wonderful wedding and Krista was really helpful with everything about the organizing and planning for our big day. She made the afternoon/evening run very smoothly and we never had to worry about anything at our wedding. Krista is detail oriented, thoughtful, calm, responsive and kind. We would highly recommend working with Krista at Milestone!
