I came here to see Hubert Keller so I cant really say what its like on a regular night. The venue itself is kind of small, but you do get spectacular views of the city, and the interior has a cool Art Deco style design. It was really nice to grab a table and enjoy the view and music. There werent too many people so we were able to move around on the small dance floor also. I really wasnt expecting Hubert Keller to be such an energetic DJ. He seemed so composed on Top Chef Masters, but the man behind Fleur de Lys knows how to party! He was fist pumping, clapping, dancing, and was just really getting into it. There also was a live saxophonist that played along with Kellers EDM set, which added a cool acoustic effect. His energy was infectious, and it looked like everyone had a good time. I know I did. Now I feel more inclined to try his restaurants. I also want to apologize to the pretty, blonde waitress for questioning her about whether I got the correct drink. I feel like such a dick. Sorry.

Wow what a great ending to a nice evening with friends. While sipping some champagne and conversing with friends I had the great idea to pick up a rose falling from the central vase. I put it in my hair and all my friends complimented me on how well it matched what I was wearing. Right away the bouncer, with no life of his own, came and literally threw me and my friends out of the club, but not before making a point to shout at me and try to publically humiliate the whole group of us. I am so happy that this establishment has professional doormen working for them instead of those guys you would find bouncing obnoxious people outside of a slummy bar. It truly made me disgusted with the fact that I wasted a perfectly good Wednedsday night I could have otherwise spent somwhere else.

My roommate had her birthday brunch here (for the Sundays a Drag show) and I thought it was a great way to celebrate! The buffet brunch had a good selection. There was bacon, salads, eggs benedict, potatoes, an omelet station, and mini pastries. The drinks, unfortunately, were not a part of the deal. The average price of a cocktail was $11. And I thought the ladies rocked the show! I wish it was longer. As the hostess said, theyve been doing the show for 8 years so theyre doing something right. I should mention that there were 13 of us, so we were charged with a 23% service fee. I thought the standard was 18% for parties over 6... we didnt question it. I do recommend this place, but be sure you have about 4 in your party.

Absolutely Fantastic! The "Sundays a Drag" Show over Brunch is the best all- you- can- eat- breakfast buffet Ive ever experienced; & I was raised in the Hotel/ Restaurant business. Not only was the food fabulous, extensive, full of variety but was totally top- of- the- line in quality. Bring your appetite! Then, sit back, digest and enjoy the extremely talented and thrilling performance of real San Francisco Royalty: Donna Sachet and her professional Broadway worthy band of performers. Its a guaranteed, not to be forgotten, memory maker full of first class fun; at any price.

Complete tourist trap. Paying cover to even get in was a bad idea, especially when cocktails cost $12 each. No where to sit because literally every table in the place is reserved. DJ was playing top 40 from several years ago and would "fade" songs every 45 seconds or so. The target audience seemed to be heavily on the over 40 crowd of tourists visiting the city. Im sure this place was great once upon a time, but if youre looking for a good Friday night out, dont come here. The only upside to this place is the views of the city and the staff being polite and knowledgable.

An outstandingly fun time! I am impressed by this club atop of the hotel. The layout of the club is aesthetically pleasing and theyve optimized the small space perfectly. The DJ was amazing. He played dance music that was easy and exciting to dance to. I did not want to leave the dance floor. The crowd, a perfect mix. There were married "conservative" people there mixed with younger single "less traditional" people. Everyone meshed perfectly and all were a great time to have. Impressed!!!!! -Clam approved

This is an interesting one. Located high in the Sir Francis Drake Hotel, this place offers a great view of the city. However, the smallness of the space and outdated decor and fixtures makes it seem like an afterthought in the building. To compensate for these measures, the music will be loud and the lights dim so it could feel a bit overwhelming. That being said, you can still have a good time on the right night.

Amazing view, but always a packed house. I recommend booking a table so you have somewhere to sit, because theres not alot of standing room here. I wish it was swankier, and there should be a dress code since this place wants to be known as high brow. Generally a more mature crowd, but I would say a good mix of all ages.

Go here for the ambiance and the view more than anything else. Its a very touristy spot, so I definitely dont make it a regular go-to-bar. Though, every time I go, I expect a mob deal to go on in the back corner. Yes, it reminds me of "that kind of place". Dont forget to look up when you go- the ceilings are amazing.

Nice View, strange Style. Good Margaritha, not expensive. The Menue is one of a kind - if you do not find your favourite Drink on the Cocktail Menue the barkeeper will mix every classic cocktail for. You should have a Sundowner here, because of the gigantic viev over the City. But: Who is Harry Denton?????

The view wasnt good because of the weather. There were rain and steam on every window. After 22h30, the music started to be electric. The average age should be around 35, but people are dancing. The decoration is really old fashioned. Its really nice to take a drink before the music become too loud

Really cool view of the city! The drinks are about what you should expect from a hotel bar, but the bartender and wait staff are super attentive and quick. They also have a monthly cabaret show which is pretty cool and worth every penny. If you can make it, you should go!

Prices are a bit expensive, but thats not surprinsing nor an issue. No the real problem was that the music is AWEFUL. Come on, the night we spent was animated by the worst DJ ever, changing the song every 30 seconds. I strongly recommand not to go.

This place is a lot of fun. The drinks are normally pretty average. But, on Sundays if you arrive at certain times which is 10:30 AM or around 1 PM there is a free hilarious drag variety show called Sunday is a Drag. Highly recommend!

Ive only been to the bar for cocktails, so I cant speak to the food, but a neat old bar. Creative cocktails. Great views from the 21st floor. The bartender we had made this a five star experience... Ask for Jay (Wei)
