So there was 4 of us that wanted to go and originally one person could not make it. Shortly after our other person was going to be able to go. We tried to go online to rebook it and get the 4th person in and the website wouldnt let not let us update the amount of players even though they have rooms available. long story short get there and were on standby for the last player and the other groups fourth person did not show up and Rachel told us at 12:50 if the other person was not there, our 4th person would be able to enter. So at 12:50 we went to them and said that we wanted our fourth person so Racheal walked upstairs to the other group whos 4th person was not there and told them that we had to get started and invited the mom who was not participating to take the 4th spot. Mind you we had been there for over a half hour and had already paid for 4 people as well. She had already promised it to us so I then proceeded to go down to tell my friend what happened and she follows me and proceeds to kick me out of the room because she didnt like the fact I was saying what happened in a room with everybody else. I WAS NOT raising my voice, I was not being disrespectful and she proceeded to kick me out anyway. I had a discussion with her after where I caught her on video admitting that she didnt like that I was upset and said she would tell her boss I was making a scene and thats why she kicked me out, then contradicts herself and admits I in fact was not making a scene and that I was removed because she didnt like that i questioned her ethics in not honoring her promise. So as we speak my party is in the game right now and I am sitting outside waiting for them. I will never ever do business with them again and when I asked for her Managements name and number she refused to give it to me! Telling me she was the manager and basically I need to deal with it. ( mind you I have her on video and then when she realizes Im videoing her... her attitude totally changes) Someone should really teach her and this business how customer service works and that lying to people is fround apon.

Omgeee...what an experience!!! This was our first time in an escape room. Our party of 4 chose the lab mainly because my son(7yrs old) and husband love ZOMBIES. The hostess Allison was extremely nice. She made us feel welcomed and assured us we would have a great time. Once we found out that there would be other groups joining us we were even more excited. The lab tech and the Zombie doctor were awesome actors. All of the clues were well designed and organized. Our team worked well together under pressure!!! Whomever created this adventure is a genius. We had a blast. Cant wait to do it again.

We purchased a Groupon and did Houdinis Escape Room. There were 5 people in our party and 4 in another group that we were paired with. This was our first time doing an escape room and all three of our children (9,11,12) were able to participate and werent scared. The actress did a great job and gave us just the right amount of feedback to help steer us in the right direction. We successfully saved Houdinis soul in 42 minutes. A fun time!

Myself and a friend choose the Lab experience. The 2 actors that played a role in the room did an excellent job in creating a real life environment, while also creating an enjoyable experience for our group. The puzzles were perfectly suitable for I would say teenagers and above. If I could give it a 4.5 stars I would only because the briefing that youre given regarding rules and the story line seemed rushed.

Did the lab a while back, the idea of the zombie being in the room is interesting, but to be honest it got annoying after it could reach you in any part, giving really no time to stand still and focus on the puzzle itself.

Boring, and I like this kind of stuff. Too many people, too much money, too little space. Other "team members" wouldnt let others in on clues and such. No team players.

Ive participated in a few of their escape rooms. They have been a lot of fun and somewhat challenging. They are great for team building outings

The clues are messily arranged to be very far from the target they are used for. I love difficult clues but they do need to be more organized.

Im not a fan of the escape room trend, I hate having a time limit for anything while Im hanging out with friends. We had fun here though.
